We had Kaden and his helper Alejandro come out to upgrade our service. Terry came out assessed our current panel(old house), and gave us his opinion on the safest route to take possible(master)…I am amazed at how quickly and safely they were able to get this service completed. Both extremely hard workers and it looks incredible! The scheduling office, Specifically, Tori and Brittney- We’re so helpful in getting us scheduled and answering any questions we had. I cannot recommend Terry and The Top Notch Electrician Team enough!! The technicians cleaned up, Checked in throughout the day…. Kaden even told me my cat got out and he did his best lol which I thought was so thoughtful. Overall, this was just a great experience and we’re so thankful. Recommend 10/10. Price was on point too. You get what you pay for…Truly TOP NOTCH

Top Notch helped us with an electrical problem in our outdoor grilling area. Haden was our technician, and he did a great job…he was thorough, courteous and on time. This was the first time we used Top Notch, and they communicated well with us through the entire process, and I loved that! I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I had an outdoor electrical socket stop working, and Hayden with Top Notch Electrician showed up to fix the burned out socket for me. It was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and I was grateful for his assistance. Hayden was very professional and efficient with his time. He checked all the other outdoor electrical sockets for me to make sure they were all functioning normally. I have used Top Notch Electrician for other electrical needs inside the home as well. They have helped me hang new ceiling fans, kitchen lights, add drop down bars on existing ceiling fans, and switch out old electrical sockets in my bathroom. The electricians always show up on time, are always knowledgeable of the problem and how to correct it. I really enjoy working with Top Notch Electrician! Thank you! Sheri Kopidlansky

They went above and beyond to help us prepare prior to a move from Georgia, all requests were completed, no trash left behind, communicated throughout to be sure all were on the same page. Damion and Andrew were very professional, courteous, and easy to converse with. During the install, I also learned that Top Notch has the capability to not only advise on what the appropriate generator I should purchase, but they also have to the ability to purchase as well as install it making the entire process seem less. I will definitely be using their services in the future and highly recommend them.

We came home to a power outage after vacation. . .we called the Top Notch Electric guys out of McKinney and they were there in a timely manner and ready to help get us back to normal. It was a super stressful event but the lady I spoke with was phenomenal and so helpful! I could not recommend a better set of folks to help in your “darkest hour” hahaha!
