We had a great experience with W3 at every step of the process. W3 was able to come out the same day we called which was critical to our electrical issue because it affected our refrigerators.I found Brackson (our tech) to be knowledgeable, helpful, honest and professional. Prices were very affordable and fair.It’s rare these days when you find a company that is more focused on establishing customers for life instead of that one service call. I have found that with W3.

Ask him any question about residential or commercial electrical and he will have the right answer! Dominic is an amazingly hard worker and hustles on the job. Cody Walker was unable to find a replacement part for our antiquated fluorescent fixture. He took the time to explain options and recommend LED replacements. Very knowledgeable and polite. W3 does not carry undercabinet lighting due to number of sizes and vast selection available, so we will select/purchase and then contact W3 to send Cody for the installation. I highly recommend this company based on a very positive first-time experience.Update 6/26: Cody West arrived on time with a very efficient assistant and completed the installation of 4 new LED under-cabinet lights perfectly in less than 2 hours. W3 Electric is a prompt, reliable, professional company and will be my Go-To electricians into the future.

Had W3 come to the house to check out some plugs not working. After accessing the situation, Brent notified me of some issues with the wiring on one plug that looked to be DIY’d from the previous owner. He also noticed I had some breakers that had been deemed defective by the manufacturer.Lastly, he noticed some other work done by previous owner regarding lighting in the garage that didn’t have boxes on the back end causing a safety concern.Overall, Brent was punctual and very knowledgeable. He identified safety issues and also looked for other issues to bring to my attention. It was great working with him and W3 and highly recommend having electrical work done by them.

Same day service, initially had afternoon appointment but they they called and were able to come in late morning which was ideal for me. Gave free whole house safety check with explanation for things that did not pass. I was able to get by with only running new line from breaker to dryer plug, since dryer did not work due to insufficient power to it. They made sure not to tract mud in house always putting shoe coverings on before entering house. They stuck with the quoted amount to run new wire, even though it took longer than they thought. Their cost seemed fair as compared to other electricians.

Called W3 on a Sunday night to report a fishy smell coming from our breaker box. They reported someone would be out Monday morning between 8-10pm. After performing his inspection, Russell reported that the cause was an out of code Challenger bus bar that had been rebreakered to appear up to code. What was happening was the breakers were not tripping but were melting instead. They quoted us a price and upon agreement they began work that day. They worked all day and were able to change the breaker bus, rewire the main power lines to the bus bar, installed new breakers, installed new hard wired fire detectors and a carbon monoxide detector, and had our power back in the same day in less than 8 hrs. They were clean, courteous, professional, and explained everything in a clear, concise manner. This is the 2nd time I have used W3 and both times have been a stellar experience. I highly recommend them. As an aside, the lights that used to flicker no longer flicker.

Super knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently and was able to deal with my odd sense of humor. 10/10 would definitely recommend. I will be using them when we build our theater room in our home and update our electrical.
