Our air went out two nights ago, which, as everyone in Texas knows, is a very big deal! I called Legend Air & Electric yesterday morning, and they were able to have someone come check it out the same day. Luis was wonderful; he was very professional and friendly as well! He explained exactly what was wrong and what our options were. We decided to replace our unit. He was able to arrange an installation the next morning, which was definitely appreciated with the hot weather! The installation team arrived on time, and they were all very professional and worked hard to get everything done as quickly as possible, so that we could get our new unit up and running. We are very pleased with our experience with Legend Air & Electric, as all of our interactions with them have been pleasant and professional!

I’ve had lots of contractors and specialists over the years do repairs on my house. I’m the happiest with Legend Air as I have been with any of them by far. I read google reviews and customer reviews before I called them. Their tech Luis went far and beyond to not only explain to me my current situation but my long term situation with my HVAC. I need a full AC replacement soon but I can’t do it right now. He explained my options to get it running and had it fixed the same day I called. I highly recommend Legend and they will be my AC repair company as long as they service the area I’m living in.

Adrian with Legend Air provided a phenomenal experience! He was kind/courteous, respectful, timely, professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. After an a/c time up, he provided a professional report, with pictures, while he fully explained my a/c’s condition before and after servicing. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and Adrian kindly and patiently answered ALL of them. He also took the time to explain both maintenance and replacement options so that I could make a fully informed decision about my a/c repair needs. The cost for the tune up wasn’t the absolute cheapest option on the market, but it was competitive, a great overall value (it came with membership perks), and I’m confident I got the best bang for my buck by selecting Legend Air.

Once again, Legend Air got five stars from me today. They were sending out a different technician today and I was a little concerned about that because I really liked the other one and was familiar with him, but I should not have doubted in the lease that they would send someone who was top notch. He was Punctual and was very mindful of putting his booties on To make sure there was no dirt on my carpet Spent quite a while doing my six month check up on my unit that they had installed. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend Legend Air to anyone that needs a new unit and their follow up and maintenance Plan is awesome. We love Legend Air & Electric. They saved the day when our AC broke. We ended up getting a new AC replacement. They brought us a space cooler to keep us cool over night. They arrived the next morning on time and dis a fantastic job.Our AC works freat and the bumper to bumper insurance gives me peace of mind that if any issues arise that they will be here to help!
