    I’m a little late with my update, but I wanted to make sure to share the positive outcome after my initial experience. After my review, the owner of the company personally reached out and spoke with my husband. He was extremely apologetic and sincere in addressing the issues we encountered. He didn’t just brush it off or make excuses—he fully acknowledged the problems and took responsibility for the unprofessional behavior we experienced.What really impressed me was how proactive the owner was in making things right. Not only did he apologize, but he also went the extra mile to replace the towels that were damaged during the service. This gesture showed me that the company genuinely cares about its customers and is willing to correct any mistakes made by their workers.Mistakes happen in any business, but it’s how they handle those mistakes that really matters. The owner’s professionalism and commitment to resolving the issue made all the difference. While the initial experience wasn’t ideal, I’m now confident in saying that this company values its clients and takes customer service seriously. I really appreciated how they turned the situation around, and I can now recommend their services knowing they stand behind their work and do what’s necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

    They do a great job but Im having a hard time getting someone to come back out to complete the job. This was my second time using them and Im not sure whats happening as to why it still isnt finished because I cant get anyone to respond. The only thing left to do is insulate and cover my outdoor rpz valve but according to the inspector it is a very important step to keep it from freezing in the winter.Update: its good to see everyone else can get their jobs completed. Meanwhile, Im still begging someone to either come back to complete the job or offer a refund of the items to cover the valve and the labor. Its obvious you all dont want to take the time out to finish being that this job was done in April. At this point I really would like a refund and to be done with this. Next step is unfortunately small claims and this shouldnt have to be the case.Update 2: Joe reached out to me and rectified the situation. He explained where they dropped the ball and was very apologetic. As a fellow small business owner I understand that things happen beyond our control which is why Id been patient in the first place and they stepped up to the plate and took care of things in a professional manner. I was not met with anger and because of how the issue was handled I definitely still recommend The Rock and will patronize their business again myself. Thanks for being a standup guy.

    Robert was great, he fixed the leak I had from a pipe and replaced my garbage disposal. He was efficient & friendly.Zach was great making sure he communicated with me the status of my appointments.

    I received a phone call very quickly after my home warranty claim, and the representative I spoke to was very professional and promptly provided outstanding customer service with setting an appointment at my convenience!Then Robert Torres came out to my home in a timely manner (even earlier per my request same day of service due to my unexpected earlier arrival at home), and he patiently listened to my concerns before observing the issue at hand. Once he quickly identified the problem, he thoroughly explained it to me, and he assured me he could resolve the problem with ease and short amount of time!!     Great service! I called this morning and they were at my house the same afternoon to replace one of my hot water heaters. Excellent job and very professional. Even cleaned up after.     First, lets talk about punctuality! I My appointment was for 1 pm and Austin arrived at 12:58! I was super impressed. And, when I was quoted the work would take 2 hours, Austin was finished in exactly 2 hours. I appreciate punctuality, thoroughness, and strict attention to detail. Austin even got the water pressure on the hot side of my sink adjusted after he finished installing my water heater.     Fantastic emergency work done by Joe. My outdoor faucet head cracked and was leaking tons of water when I got home after 5pm. I was able to turn-off the water main, then called multiple so-called 24/7 companies only to be told their next availability was the 2nd or 3rd week in December. I called The Rock Plumbing, he answered on the first ring and while I explained the situation I was in he was putting his boots on to come help me out. After arriving, he was very professional and personable. Joe had my situation resolved within 20 minutes. His fees are very reasonable for my after-hours emergency call. I am so very thankful he answered because I don’t think my family could have waited with our water turned-off for 2-3 weeks to be seen by those “Big-named” plumbing companies. Thank you again!
