Highly recommend Precise for your electrical needs! Had them come out to troubleshoot an outdoor plug and an indoor in-floor plug. Kyle Taylor was our electrician. He was prompt, professional, didn’t leave a mess, and was able to fix both issues. The indoor plug was bc of a mistake from the previous electrician. So glad he came out and fixed both. Will definitely use Precise again! Five stars!

Austin (HVAC) and Kyle (electrical) came immediately out to my house when my air wasn’t cooling. They were super friendly and went above and beyond for me! They even reattached my thermostat and cut down a rogue tree/weed I couldn’t reach beside my hvac. Cleaned my ac with the hose and figured out the issue fast. They also discovered my disconnect fuses weren’t even fuzes but copper pipes in their place which is a fire hazard. Overall super happy with the service and the technicians!

I would highly recommend this company. Billy from Precise Heating and Cooling came to my home for a HVAC inspection and tune-up. I received a coupon from Home Depot for this $29 service (normally $99). I expected the company to find at least one thing extra that needed repaired on the system to get extra money. This was not the case, Billy conducted a thorough inspection and found nothing wrong with the system. He was professional and knowledgeable. Its good to see that there are still good companies out there that don’t try to take advantage of people. I will use Precise HVAC again!

Had 2 years with a brand new rheem unit not running properly. After being told that the unit was running fine even though it would not cool the house below 83 degrees , we called Precise for a second opinion. They spent 3 very thorough days removing and reinstalling impromperly installed unit and ductwork, resized air intake, sealed leaks. They are called Precise for good reason. Very professional, on time, told us when they we leaving for lunch and texted when they returned. Unit is finally functioning as it was intended. Thank you Cody and the young man who was helping you!!! And to the install manager for inspecting the work as it was done. Won’t use anyone but Precise from now on!

They were a little messy and left the inside work area dirty but it was raining outside but they still got it done. It’s only been a couple days but the AC seems to be working perfectly. Again great service. Had a tree root growing into my pipes. Called after close got a call back the next morning about 8am and they were out my house before 11am. Both thought it was gonna be a small temp fix turned out to be a little bigger and would take way more time, but he call boss got some advise and got me back to a temp fix. Able to use the bath again answered all my questions now just need to get the bigger part fixed later on. Which Ill be looking back to them for. Hate having to call but they always get this fixed and never taken more than 24hours between first call and problem solved

Two months ago I called to find out who could install a tankless hot water heater and the manufacturer gave me several names. Without them being trained, the warranty is not valid. This was the first one I called and Carter was patient and answered all of my questions before they even came out. I decided not to call the other contacts. My situation had some problems which they figured an answer with it costing me much less than I nervously anticipated. Every single person who came out was conscientious and polite. Their price was reasonable and I felt like I was being taken care of properly. I thought I had a problem a couple of weeks later and someone came right out and addressed my issue to my satisfaction at no cost. This could not have gone any smoother and I am so glad that I put in a tankless hot water heater and especially with this company.

My sister has been without air for 4 weeks. (She stayed at my home).She contacted her home warranty to get her a/c repaired. Warranty company sent out a HVC company that I will not name. They tried to sell her a brand new system which she did not need. So they stopped communicating with her after she declined. Still no air in my sisters home. Precise was a God-sent. I called one day and they came out the next day. Evaluated the problem and repaired it. It only needed a valve replaced! Billy was the technician who came out and repaired it. Thank you Precise and Billy for being professional, efficient and on time.
