    Once again Airco provided exceptional service. Two years ago Airco replaced our main level A/C system which cools a very large space very efficiently. Now that winter is upon us, I called upon Airco again, and Brooks Smith, was sent to service our downstairs heating system and to identify any potential problems. His courtesy and professionalism made for a great experience. I will certainly call on them again in the future.

    James Cochran is a nice and respectful man. Great service, they (bc I had different employees in the past) are on time for service every single time. Always ready to answer any questions. Weve been with the company for a few years now when they were under a different name ... never displeased or disappointed.     Just had my second Lenox unit installed this year, downstairs was first and now the upstairs has been completed. The sales team, the install crew and the follow up was outstanding. These guys dont cut corners. The two identical units has given our home a sense of stability in temperature, humidity and quietness. I could not be more pleased.     Excellent technicians who are knowledgeable, and take their time to do a thorough job that’s done right. They bring filters with them as they are included with the service call. And they flush the water heaters once a year (also included). I always request James ( Maumelle, AR) and he is a top notch Professional in every way.

    Our air-conditioning unit went out on a Friday evening in the middle of this summer heat wave. Our 3 kids bedrooms are all located upstairs. The in-door temperature was over 90 degrees in their bedrooms and it was unsafe for them. This was extremely upsetting for our entire family and we were panicked with it being a weekend.We called Airco on Saturday morning and we had a new unit in and running by end of day on Monday. My wife was estatic, and we finally had peace of mind, our kids could go to bed in their rooms safe and comfortable.Not only did they get the unit in so quickly, they explained which unit we actually needed for the heat distribution in our home. Then gave us several thousand off the unit to beat the competition.Our house now stays cooler and better than ever, and we are even saving money on the monthly bill. The experience they have given us is nothing less than 5 star service, and the best we could ever ask for.We will use them for any air conditioning needs we have from now on.     Scheduled installation right away, guys were on time and very polite, even covered their shoes when they came in the house. So far, it’s been a great experience. They even helped me put my thermostat app and set it up on my phone.

    We came home to our A/C unit not blowing cool air. Our house was over 80 degrees and we were in the middle of a holiday weekend. I was sure there was no way I would be able to get this fixed until 3 days later when the employees would be back at work. But, alas, Airco saved the day. Jennifer is the technician we had and she was WONDERFUL!She was able to quickly determine the compressor needed replaced and we soon had cool air once again.5⭐️ customer service5⭐️ time efficiency5⭐️ quality

    Airco has been amazing to my family since we first booked a AC maintenance with them. We recently had a condensate pump fail on us causing it to run all day and leak water into our garage. Airco had a technician, Grant, out to us the same day and he got us back up and running. I appreciate that especially with these hot Arkansas summers. Ill be recommending them to anyone who needs AC maintenance or who is looking to purchase a new AC unit.

    I purchased the previous owners home & they left with me quite a bit of documents. One of those documents was the AC routine service that they did on the home. I decided to reach out as I was looking to continue the existing service contract. Pricing was good, extended the contract, and here am I on my 2nd year with them. My service tech Major is the absolute best! Hes been servicing my home since I purchased it. Quick & efficient! I would definitely recommend him & the company as well!     Technician was on time. We were only having maintenance done but that was achieved quickly. He told me about the yearly maintenance which turned out to be a good deal since we were already having them out. They also provide filters free of charge. Very happy so far.

    Very satisfied. I contacted Airco Service to have my seasonal check on our heating and cooling unit. Since Jays was bought out by Airco Service, the customer service representative could not readily pull up information on the unit I purchased in 2021 but eventually, he was able to find the information on my purchase. I requested to have them come out verify MY repair on the Rhem Halo accessory that Jays had installed in 2021. He commented that it should be under warranty. So, I informed him that the power transformer had burned up and that I had already replaced it. All I needed was for one of their service techs to simply drop by, inspect my install and verify proper operation. The service tech showed up, looked at my install and reattached the two spaded power leads that I had purposely left disconnected. He acknowledged that I had already done all the work. Initially I was billed $108.00 for them to show up at my residence and verify my work. The service tech suggested that the diagnostic fee might be waived. In the end, I called customer service and conveyed my disappointment with the charge and she mentioned that she could elevate my concern up to management and she did. I concluded my phone call feeling disgusted. Within the hour, the service manager reached out to me and we professionally discussed the experience. Folks, I am reassured that common sense and decency still exist in this world and certainly with Airco Service. Many thanks to the Bryan for taking my thoughts and concerns into consideration and reimbursing my charge! Too often in this world today we fail to recognize the great work and goodness that still exists and I want to point this out...these are folks that you want taking care of you and your Heat and Air needs!

    Kolby Brown was excellent! First he came ahead of scheduled appointment after reaching out to notify of his approximate arrival time. ( We were more than grateful having been without A/C for 2 nights in July.) He demonstrated knowledge. Kolby was kind, patiently answered ALL of our questions, and gave us opportunity to discuss the options available as well as possible advantages or disadvantages for those options. Ultimately, Kolby provided a repair restoring cool air within 1.5 hours of contact. Needless to say we are very grateful, pleased and cool.( NO PICTURES PLEASE.)

    I cannot recommend Airco Service enough. I called them on an emergency weekend call after our home had hit 86⁰ and the company we were working with kept diagnosing issue after issue with no true fix and repairs/parts that were getting progressively more expensive. Airco sent Sean out who was an absolute God send. He went to work straight away and was able to find in 30 minutes what the other company couldnt in 1 month. That day he was able to fix the system temporarily to get the air working for a relief from the heat while we waited for the part to come in. When the part did arrive he installed it so quickly and we havent had an issue since. Sean is LEGIT. He is a true expert in his craft, he shared so much knowledge and insight with us to prevent us from making potentially costly mistakes to our system, and he was so courteous and Professional. Airco and Sean are our go-tos for as long as we live here!

    Great service! We had a new furnace installed within a week. The installers were great! They worked non-stop for almost 6 hours to get it installed. The new system is working great. Had to turn it down a few times because it’s working so much better than our old one. Highly recommend Airco!

I was told to call AirCo, and that they would definitely get someone out to service your system. Made the call and was back in service the next morning.     The service tech Sean, was on time, was very thorough in checking my air conditioner out. Sean got my air conditioner up & running. He explained there is a leak somewhere in the line. He said tomorrow Airco will check to see if the air conditioner is under warrenty & that Airco will call to explain what my options are.

    My air conditioner wasn’t working properly, so I called AIRCO and Kolby, the technician came out and fixed it within a couple of hours. I was surprised, because I thought for sure it would take a day or two before they could get to me. I’m impressed. And my air conditioner is working great. It went from being 87 degrees (with my thermostat set on 75 degrees) to 75 degrees within five hours. I’m happy with that.Paula Robinson.

    We ultimately went with Airco Service Little Rock which was the right decision. I dont know of anything else they could’ve done to make us happier. We met and decided on a new system on a Thursday afternoon and they showed up Friday AM to start installing. They rearranged their schedule to accommodate our need to have A/C for Victoria’s engagement party by Saturday. Of the multiple estimates and proposals we received, they weren’t the cheapest or most expensive but we feel we got the most bang for our buck with their product Lennox Industries, system, plus additional attic insulation. Our A/C has not cooled this well since we built the house. They came recommended to us and we can also recommend them with confidence.

    After installing a vapor barrier, we discovered that our AC evaporator coil was leaking and needed someone to come out relatively quickly to repair. I called them after hours and someone answered! The person was professional and informative and a technician was available almost immediately. The technician was also prompt and professional, clearly explaining the issue and what he did to resolve it. I was so impressed I plan to sign up for their service contract!I since have been very happy with their service. Recently I noticed weird mechanical noises coming from my crawlspace. Airco had someone out the day after I called and discovered a dehumidifier that was beyond repair. Airco gave a reasonable price on an upgrade and installed it less than a week later. I highly recommend them!
