    I had a leak that I couldnt find and called them on a Wednesday. They originally had to schedule me for Monday of the next week. They called me about an hour from the original call and said they had a cancellation and had time to come. They found the leak within 10 minutes and were able to repair it. They save me a lot of stress. Mike and William(?) were very nice, explained everything quite well, and went the extra mile. I am very pleased with my experience with American Leak Detection.

    They have been out twice, trying to find a small leak that I have in my pool. They were able to repair a leak in my return lines. Not sure if that’s the overall problem or not. The overall experience was wonderful. They were all very knowledgeable. Extremely nice and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely contact them if I run into any other issues in the future.

    The first tip I had about a in-ground sprinkler leak was a $400 water bill for the use of 67,000 gallons of water in October via the sprinkler system at my home. It was impossible that my sprinkler system could have utilized that much water in my small yard on an every 2 day watering schedule. I thought something was wrong with the sprinkler meter. When I checked the sprinkler meter at the street it was madly spinning around the dial indicating a sizable leak. I shut off the water at the street, called the water company and then called American Leak Detection.Bruce and Nate came to evaluate my sprinkler system for a leak. They found it within 15 minutes using nitrogen gas and other technology to “hear” the water which was escaping via the break in the line.I asked them if they could also repair the leak. Since they had an open afternoon they started their work immediately. . They dug down to the leak which was near the connection for the RPZ connection underground and repaired it.What I liked about working with Bruce and Nate was their willingness to educate me about each step they would take to repair the line. They carefully cut the grass in the area for the dig into sod wedges and laid them aside. They let me see the exposed broken sprinkler line and the brisk water leak as soon as they dug down and exposed the line. They also discussed materials they would use to repair the line. I was also able to see the finished work before they covered up the line. They poured sand onto the repaired line before refilling the hole with dirt and rocks. This was very important to me because the break in the line was the result of a number of rocks which were laying directly on the line. Then they replaced the pieces of grass sod over the dirt.If I had not seen where they did the dig, I would never have known where they broke soil to repair the sprinkler line. Good job!Bruce and Nate were friendly, polite, made time to answer all my questions, were efficient and very professional.I would highly recommend American Leak Detection to help solve leak issues.

    Company was able to find our septic tank when 2 other companies couldnt. service was quick and and very courteous and professional. they made sure we were totally happy before they left. Definitely would recommend them to anyone with leaks or in need of a locator service.

    Today 2 technicians came out (sorry I’m horrible with names) to fix/repair a clogged outdoor pipe. These men were so very professional. They explained everything to me, even showing me the pipe and explaining what happened to it. Letting me know why there was a stoppage in my house (that I just bought.) I just want to shout loud thank you so much y’all have my future business and my referrals.

    American Leak Protection came out promptly on a weekend, assessed our problem and immediately drew up a plan to fix it. They worked with our adjuster to replace pipes under the foundation. It was a big job and they handled it well, cleaned up the mess each day. Very friendly and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

    This may sound cliche, but ALD are life savers. Long story short, I had a major leak that no one could find. Honestly, it stomped the guys for a minute. But they indeed found it.     The first contact I had was to fix a leaking outside pipe. The men did an excellent job. I found out that the people who do the work are master plumbers. Since then they have installed a sink and fixed a leaking nozzle. Now whenever I need a plumber I call American Leak Detection because they do an excellent job every time.

    Called in with a huge water leak in my yard. The office was very friendly and helpful. They were out to my home very quickly and not only found my leak but fixed it in just over an hour!     On 4/23/2021, Mandy from this company sent 2 nice looking white young men to my home to repair our leaks. The guys were very professional, courteous, organized, on time, innovative, and nice looking. They completed the repairs in a timely manner. They treated me like I was priority and a special customer. These guys deserve brownie points. In addition, they were EYE CANDY!!! Need I say more.     This is our fourth encounter with American Leak Detection of Arkansas over the last 15 years. WOW, WOW, WOW. Professionalism from start to finish. In ALL four instances, we have been very pleased. From the front desk staff receiving the initial phone call, to the last plumber walking out the door, all businesses should take lessons from their staff.In this situation, we place a call on a Thursday. We were scheduled for a week out. However, as in the previous cases, they called because they had a crew that had finished another job early and were able to get to ours sooner.They were here within the hour. Upon arrival, the two professional plumbers, covered their shoes and entered our home. They diagnosed where the leak and it was located within a short time period. They then proceeded to give me an estimate on the repair. They fixed our issue within an hour, cleaned up their mess, and even placed my daughters items back under the sink.In addition, while they were outside turning off our water, they pointed out a city water leak (which we were already aware of). However, most companies would not have taken the time to point something out that they would not be compensated for.We will ONLY use this business for all of our plumbing needs. They are the Chick-Fil-A of Plumbing.

    We had a leak at our home that unfortunately was on our side and not the city. We were nervous about the cost for fear it would mean ripping up the foundation or large portions of the yard to resolve the issue. They found the leak and presented a plan that did not involve ripping up concrete and resolved the issue very quickly and efficiently. We were VERY happy with the results. I highly recommend Matt and his Team. Thank you to our technician Levy and his co-workers for their hard work. It is amazing to have full water pressure back in the house.

    I am extremely pleased with the team at American Leak Detection. Robin who took my call was very friendly and helpful in setting up the appointment. The two service techs were also friendly and professional. They were very methodical about finding and fixing the leak. The guys only had to cut about a 12 square hole to make the repair, which was hidden inside an interior wall. The hole will be easy to patch.

    We can’t say enough great things about American Leak. Our insurance company suggested them to pinpoint our leaks. From the minute Louis arrived at our home we knew he had our best interest in mind.     The technicians Louis and Zach, were quick to discover the leak. the repair with another Zach and Layton went smoothly. All i all im very glad i called American leak. after fixing the leak they were able to test it to make sure everything was fine. that is not something that regular plumbing companies are able to do.

    Had a water leak, but had trouble locating the problem. A walk of the property revealed nothing (no puddles or soft spots), and there were no signs in the house (no wet carpet, mildew, etc). Matt showed up the same day I called to make an appointment (10/06/2021). Using a tank of nitrogen, he found the leak within ten minutes (in the yard). After that, he dug a three foot hole, cut out the bad piece of pipe (that split due to a nearby rock), and made a repair. After the hole was filled and the water was turned on, the leak was gone. I could not ask for better service or a nicer guy. A word of caution: this will not be cheap. It was $350 to find the leak, and $195 to mend the pipe. But for peace of mind, and to help settle a ginormous bill with the water company, it was well worth the money. The company will definitely be my first call for plumbing needs in the future.

    We had a major plumbing issue and were without water for 10 days. I contacted American League Detection at the request of the plumber, who could not find the source of the leak. ALD arrived the morning after I called late the afternoon before (they basically responded within hours of my call). The people who work for ALD are the real deal, because they care. From initial contact, scheduling, and the arrival of Zach and Dillon at our home, we knew we were in good hands, which proved to be reality. The next day without request, Louis (Supervisor / 25 years with ALD) arrived to make sure we were okay. He spent two hours with the plumber offering his expertise, most of which translated in to the actual scope for the repairs. Professional through and through.Thank you American Leak Detection!
