Ricky and his team were efficient, professional, and reasonably priced! Josh came out to give our estimate and got us on the schedule quickly to get the work done. We had a water line for a camper hook up installed on the side of our house. They got everything done in one day and everything works great and looks great. I work for a very large storage facility, we had an emergency, I called several plumbing companies and was told to contact Wilson Brothers Plumbing. Absolutely awesome! They were there in less than 20 minutes. Darin was awesome, very patient, then we met Rick also awesome and then Thomas and his helper fabulous! Work was completed in a timely manner; they cleaned up after the job was completed. Shout out to all the employees that work there, awesome company. I will recommend and will definitely use this company again. Great People!

“Professional!!” Techs, Thomas and Aaron were incredible!! Polite, careful, explaining their process before they even started. Josh, the supv., came out, explained the overall process and went out of his way to advise on correcting the issue and answering our questions. Customer service is off the charts with that crew. (Rare these days.) Very personable guys and easy to work with. We reached out to them due to a new plumbing install, done incorrectly, which led to a back flow issue. Very pleased with their work and knowledge. They tout themselves as doing the job correctly, and charge a premium for that. I like to call it … “paying for my peace of mind”. Also, front office is very accommodating with their skd and pleasant on the phone!!FYI Hindsight- you hear it a hundred times, but make sure work agreed to is detailed in the scope, a new one if changes are made. Do not agree to scope changes via text.

We called Wilson Brothers yesterday late afternoon because the City of Maryville came knocking to let us know our water usage was higher than usual (which we appreciate). I chose them because of Facebook recommendations. We have had a toilet running for a couple of weeks that I’ve meant to call about and hadn’t. This expedited the matter for us!Ricky was very kind on the phone, and was able to schedule us for first thing this morning.I love technology and am so grateful when a company uses text to let you know you’re scheduled, remind you that you’re scheduled, and sends you a message when they’re on the way AND lets you know who’s coming. All of those features put my mind at ease.Josh arrived, was very polite and professional, asked me what we had going on, listened, (star one) and agreed that the toilet was most likely the culprit. He got down to business, checking the meter first (which was my husband’s measure of their expertise, star two!). He then covered his shoes, came inside, and was happy to see and greet Layla (star three, of course) (and later explaining that he grew up with dogs and has one), and proceeded to diagnose a faulty flush valve.Wilson‘s procedure is to be sure to give a few options for repair. Josh spelled those out for me, and we discussed whether or not a more involved replacement was necessary. Josh made his recommendations based on his inspection and finding that all the other parts involved were in good shape, not showing much age or any problems. His honesty saved us a good amount. Star four, for sure!He proceeded to make the replacement which didn’t take long at all, ensure all was in working order, and even turned off the bathroom lights as he finished - star five!So glad to have found another local area business that we will use from now on! Love Wilson Brothers Plumbing! Had a pipe under my kitchen sink that I’ve repaired myself several times over the past 6 months. Finally got tired of the trips to Home Depot. I’d heard of this company several times on the radio. Talked to Ricky explaining my situation. He had Josh & Tom at my house in no time. Very professional & nice vibes from the 2 plumbers. They had the job done in 20 mins or so. Hasn’t leaked since. That was 3 weeks ago. Definitely will call them in the future.

I had a really great experience with Wilson Brothers Plumbing from beginning to end. The scheduling coordinator (whos name I forgot!) did a great job of following up with me letting me know what would happen, the owner, Ricky, did a fantastic job of following up with me on the front end to find out what I needed (he even called me after hours when I wasnt available earlier in the day). They were also able to get out to my property to tackle my problem very quickly. Josh and Thomas came out. I mostly spoke with Josh, and he did an excellent job of explaining what was going on, why he was going to fix it the way he did. They were also efficient and productive with their time, which is often a sign of a well run company. Overall, I was very happy with the work they did. At a time when plumbers are in demand, and even good ones struggle to keep up with all the calls theyre getting, Wilson Brothers seems to have a system and process that keeps them on top of their customers needs. Im impressed!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Wilson Brothers Plumbing, and I begin this review that way because I am grateful at the incredible prompt service they gave my family in the middle of some of the worst weather East Tennessee has seen in years. After informing them a pipe burst beneath our home during this recent stint of frost and snow they set out to find some way to fit me into their already overwhelmed schedule; so they had my interest from the beginning. Where they got my attention was the personalized service I received even after one burst pipe turned into two and then again the work load doubled when my laudnry room extension was flooded due to poor previous work by the homeowner before me. Not only did they fix all of these things with a smile but they stayed later than they meant to because Mitchell, who I will be asking for by name from here on out, got completely drenched in the many feet of water that had accumulated under my home. When I asked him if he was done for the day he told me he would love to go home, wet as he was, but he had one more job to get to and his customers comfort came first.In this day and age it is so easy to fall for a slogan and a handshake; but ask yourself how many of your past interactions with contractors, plumbers, electricians etc went as well as what I described above? I wanted to come leave this review to help their business as the commitment to quality is already obvious but its the extra things they wil do for you and the customer after you too that will have you saying what Im here to say: I found my forever plumber.

Ricky and his work partner were great! Very professional and he was able to squeeze us in to work on our faucet/sink the same day we called. Which is rare since we had called a couple of plumbers and many were backed up in appointments. Down to earth guys and quick and efficient at what they do. Willingly to answer any concerns or questions. Would definitely recommend these guys! So don’t hesitate and call them. You’ll be very satisfied with their work!

We recently purchased a home in Knoxville that was in need of a new sewage line and the kitchen sink drain re-routed. Ricky informed us that the concrete would have to be cut up (which was sub contracted out) and the yard dug up in order to replace the sewage line. He also informed us we could be without water and sewage for a couple days. Ricky was on time and very attentive. The water was only off from 9am- 3pm on the second day. Which was a tremendous relief for us and hugely appreciated. Ricky and his crew worked diligently to get the job done not only in a timely manner but done correctly. Ricky also indicated a shower drainage issue which may be a future problem for us and inserted a stack in case it did become an issue (at no additional charge). Overall I highly recommend Wilson Brothers Plumbing. They have all of our future business. Thank you Ricky.

We had a problem with our bathtub, easy peasy they fixed the problem. Ricky, the owner, discovered that we didnt have as much as an issue as discussed on the phone. Ricky shredded our check, no charge, please use us as you need! Awesome! We ended up having a ongoing, leaking kitchen sink about 2 weeks later that could not be ignored any longer. We love Wilson Brothers Plumbing. We’ve had to use them on a few occasions. Every technician has arrived on time and been very friendly. Today we needed a new garbage disposal installed. Before Thomas and Ben arrived at the house, they sent me a message that they were on the way to the house. Once they arrived to the house, they came in and started replacing out the garbage disposal. They made sure that it worked and there were no leaks prior to leaving. They cleaned up any mess that they made under the sink. We will continue to use and recommend Wilson Brothers plumbing!

I have used Wilson Brothers at 5 different properties in the last 5 months. They have repaired small leaks at my rental properties to plumbing our restaurant in a week’s time. Our first time using them was at our restaurant within 2 weeks of opening, after 4 plumbers committed to the job and never showed up. They passed all inspections with the city at first inspection, stuck to their promised timeframe, worked on the weekend because they knew we were under immense pressure to complete the job and offered a more than fair price. This trend has continued with every job I have hired them to do. I will continue to use Ricky, Darren and team for all my future plumbing needs.

I was in your spot a couple of months ago...searching google for a reputable plumber...one I could trust. Ricky was one of the first that came out and personally gave me an estimate. He told me that he isnt the cheapest, but he has quality...this stuck in my mind. I got 4 other estimates from other 4-5 star plumbers on here...some higher and some lower estimates...but ultimately his words and hand shake stuck in my head...he said I wouldnt regret hiring him. A few weeks later...a bathroom add on and laundry room relocated later....he was right. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with everyone on his team, himself included. They were beyond courteous, super attentive to my questions, and worked with me. I felt first class all the way. The teams attention to detail is amazing, and the quality of work is equivalent to the home reno shows you see on HGTV... seriously! I had a unique shower panel and soaker tub install that not people have seen let alone installed.... and they knocked it out of the park. They installed everything, made sure it worked, and it looked amazing. It took a huge stress off me. I told Ricky when the time comes to change out my old piping in a couple of years that his company will be getting a call. Seriously, I wish I could give them 6 stars for going above and beyond and making me feel like a valued customer. So if you are like me a couple of months ago browsing and no clue really on who to hire but reading reviews....please take my advice...hire Ricky and his team...you will not regret it. When my old gas water heater went out last week, Wilson Brothers was the first and only company I called. I didnt need anyone else, because theyve done work for me over the years, and Ive never had a single problem with their efficiency, professionalism and honesty. True to form, they came out ... diagnosed the problem ... gave me several options ... and when I chose to forego repairs on an aging tank, immediately got to work replacing it. It was installed and I had hot water by the time I arrived home from work on the day it went out. I cant recommend these guys enough.

We had a blocked water line causing us not to be able to use our clothes washer in a new Mobile park model RV home. After multiple attempt to figure out the issue ourselves we called Ricky Wilson. He was kind, courteous and came right out to look at our problem. He then sent out a SUPER licensed plumber with many years of experience to fix the problem. Dominick came out the next business day and worked very hard to locate and fix the issue. It wasn’t easy but he eventually found the issue and fixed it. We will definitely call them again if and when we ever have a plumbing issue.

I discovered a broken pipe in my basement a couple of nights ago. I called SIX plumbing companies who advertise 24 hour service. All of them went to voicemail with one exception. Wilson Brothers answered. I explained my situation and I was asked if I thought the repair might wait until morning. When I was a little apprehensive about doing that, they said they would be right out. Soon they were in the driveway. It was the owner of the company! He capped the broken pipe, getting the situation under control, and stopped the leak. He then explained that someone would be out the next day to assess the problem, and make the necessary repair. As scheduled, Dominick from Wilson Brothers arrived. He was very competent, and it was easy to tell he knew what the heck he was doing. In short order, he tracked down the problem. A severe clog below the basement slab. He gave me 3 very different options plus his recommendation. I took his advice. He was correct. Soon the sinks were draining like new, and his recommendation saved me a lot of money. Responsive, professional, honest. From now on, if I need a plumber, its nice to know I only have to make one phone call. Thanks.

I have used Ricky Wilson & his staff for several services and have been highly satisfied with his work! He has re-routed clogged plumbing from my laundry room installing a washer pump, repaired a faulty leak in my garage, and installed a sink/toilet in a bathroom I was renovating. He is professional, prompt, and very reasonably priced. He always answers my questions, and even taught me how to turn the water source off to my house from the main line if I ever need to again. I would highly recommend Wilson Brothers for any plumbing issues.

Not only did he explain everything to me so that I could understand but he also could have charged me for services I did not need just because. Instead, he was truthful which honestly can be a quality that is hard to find out there. I will be using Ricky in the future for all of my plumbing needs and you should too.

Wilson brothers plumbing saved the day! I had a water heater leak. They were able to schedule me quickly. They arrived on time, were very professional and explained the problems prior to completing the work. They were able to relocate the pipes and install a new water heater in a timely and efficient manner so that we didnt have to go anytime without hot water. ......and when the job was complete, there was no evidence that they were here. Thank you Ricky for being so professional!
