    We had an outstanding experience with Choice One Plumbing. They came out quickly to diagnose a leak and install a new hot water heater for us. The technician, Dakota, was incredibly friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us. It was such a relief to have someone who clearly knows what he’s doing and cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

    Cannot recommend Choice One Plumbing enough. We needed a last minute plumber on a Holiday weekend and they were so responsive and came out within a couple hours. Nathan was amazing! He was super knowledgeable, professional and found our problem right away. Thanks to google reviews, we have found the best plumber and will be using them for all our plumbing needs going forward!

    Our water heater had a leak on a Thursday evening after 5:00. Choice One was willing to come out and take a look. Dalton did the install as well as replacing the pressure regulating valve that failed a week later. Both times Choice One was willing and able to come and inspect and make repairs.Dalton was very informative and knowledgeable on the repair’s. We had used another local plumber who the last few times we needed leaks repaired could not get to us in a timely fashion. I was really surprised and happy when Choice One was willing to send out someone last minute and after hours.

    I had the best experience with this company, I had backing up shower and tub and they sent Tim out the same day. He was so professional and we had a much more extensive problem than originally thought. He kept working the problem until it was finally cleared. He deliberately tried the least expensive options first to try to save me money. He was so friendly and really communicated all the options well. Highly recommend!

    I had a break at the water meter connection at my shut off box outside, called Choice One Plumbing and they had Randall out within 2 hours and he had it fixed in a short time. Randall is extremely professional, informative about what’s going on and polite about it also. Recommend him highly and this company, have used them before and it was a great and easy experience. I don’t recommend calling anybody else for your Plumbing needs.

    Dalton and Randall did an excellent job installing our new tankless water heater! They were professional and courteous.     My house was built in 1940 and has old cast iron drain pipes leading from the house.We experienced a clog in the main drain line which had every sink and toilet in the house backed up.After spending hours attempting the repair myself using a drain snake with no success, I called Choice 1 Plumbing at 2:30pm. I expected to be given an appointment the next day, but they had a technician at my house within two hours.Donavon Williams was my technician and he was EXCELLENT to work with. He took the time to listen to what I had already done, assessed the type of pipes used and the underground layout beyond the house.Based on his assessment, he recommended running the camera down the pipes to get a visual evaluation. He found the location of the clog and had it cleared very quickly.It was very evident that Donavon is an expert plumber, but he is also very courteous and professional as well.I am very happy with my random decision to call Choice 1 Plumbing for my clogged drain line and feel fortunate to have had Donavon as my technician.I highly recommend this company!!

    Very pleased with Roberts response to waterline break and Donovan, Dalton, and Conners line repair.......Had such a good experience 3 weeks ago that I used them again yesterday to install a water filtration system.     Bill with Choice One Plumbing saved the day when my tub and toilet wouldnt drain in my one-bathroom house! He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and provided an economical fix to get me up and running. What really impressed me was Bill’s transparency and education. He took the time to show me the problem, explain the solution, and even provided a reasonable estimate for permanently resolving the issue for the future. (Which we plan on scheduling in the next couple of months!) His friendly, informative and humorous personality made a stressful situation much more bearable.     So glad I found Choice One Plumbing - will be my go to from now on!’ The estimated time plumber would arrive for an emergency fix on Friday afternoon was spot on, and Dalton was very knowledgeable & quick though thorough, in replacing the broken fill valve after checking home water pressure so this wouldn’t recur.     Nathan Majure came out to our house today, after 3 previous plumbers from the company couldn’t assess nor fix our issues, and got everything resolved the first time. if you deal with this company, request Nathan, and deal with Nathan. He is the man, and he is honest, and very knowledgeable. He talks and explains situations like he’s been living in the house with you. Very thankful for Nathan directly!

    Dalton showed up for a plumbing job at my house and was very professional! He immediately got to work on the job and examined everything to be sure he was tackling the right problem.     Bobby with Choice One Plumbing came today to install a sediment filter and fix the nipple on our pot filler to be flush with the wall. He was responsive, professional, and did a great job. I also worked with William earlier this year to help declog drains and to identify the cause of the clogs, which was the need for the sediment filter. Thanks so much, guys!     My well pump had quit working, they where able to have someone out the next day, Jonathan and Tyler came out got it fixed up, did end up having a small leak, but they came right back out to take care of it same day, it is nice to have people stand behind their work. So overall, for me the experience was good and will be my first call should I need plumbing work done again.

    Dominik was able to diagnose the issue with our water heater very quickly. He let me know my options and that the parts were still under warranty. He gave me clear directions on how to utilize the warranty and get the parts shipped to me. He then returned shortly after the parts arrived and installed them. He is knowledgeable and personable. I felt reassured that he explained how things worked and what he had to fix, what I should expect, and how I can maintain our water heater going into the future.I appreciated that he didnt pressure me to make any certain choice but gave me the info and what would work to fix my issue.

    Ive had septic issues for two years and have had other companies come out to repair. Each teaches me what to look for at the septic access. NONE have actually fixed the problem until....I had an emergency last weekend and called Choice One. They sent Bill out to me. What a gem. He identified the REAL problem within 5 minutes of arriving and offered solutions. One was a for now fix and one was certainly a long term fix (I get that nothing is permanent with anything. He didnt have the equipment to do the job on Saturday, so I fixed what he could immediately to limp us along through the weekend. then called the office to put me on the schedule first thing Monday Morning. Bill spent time with me both times he visited to make sure I understood what the problem was, what caused it, what he was going to do to fix it and what actions I needed to take to ensure (or at least to the best of my ability) it wont happen again.     Choice One Plumbing dispatched the Father and son duo of Jonathan and Tyler, to my property in Kingston, Tennessee, where they worked all day in sweltering July heat, to remove and replace my water well pump. They were very technically competent and worked all afternoon to successfully replace my 40+ year old water well pump, and restore full water pressure and volume to my home. I cannot say enough kind words for the service that I received from Jonathan and Tyler, and the support staff at Choice One Plumbing.     Called Choice One yesterday and they had someone out to my house today....fast. The plumber, Dominick, arrived perfectly on time and was very courteous and professional. A quick look at the situation (small leak in supply line) and I was presented with a comprehensive estimate with, what I believe to be, a fair price for the work. Although I may do the project myself, since it seems to be a homeowner type project, I would most definitely recommend Choice One Pluming out of Maryville TN for project work.     Absolutely blown away by how quick, prepared, and knowledgeable these guys are. Brandon came out to help troubleshoot some problems with our well plumbing and was here within minutes of me talking to them. He was incredibly well equipped to handle a huge variety of specialty issues and he is the ONLY plumber not looking at ripping people off. He did a great job sealing fixtures and installing new plumbing for sinks. He went over the top on a couple other asks as well. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We had service done on Saturday and paid extra for the service which is totally understandable; the important point here is that they were available and showed up promptly.     Choice One plumber did a great job on replacing some sewer pipes that went backing up. Donovan was amazing - Great communication and got the job done when he said he would. He had to work in a very tight crawl space that some people would not want to or be able to work in. This saved us from having to break open the floors.     Professional, Fast Service, Fair Pricing!!! Save yourself time from calling around and Call Choice One Plumbing first.I Had a Main Water Line burst buried behind a foundation wall on a rental property. NOT covered under Insurance of course, What a nightmare! Installation of a New Water Main Line was necessary. Tho my brother (out of town plumber) had prepared me for what was needed and what it should cost, I was sick over how long this could take to Fix and prepared for ridiculous estimates from would-be Crisis vultures.Choice One Plumbing was honestly not my first call. I found them online & they had GREAT reviews. To my Surprise not only was their pricing Transparent & Fair (Other Big companies were clearly trying to take advantage) but they were so FAST!!!Nicole the dispatcher Kindly relayed the sense of urgency to the OWNER who in-turn called me from his Cell phone. Seriously!He quoted the job and sent 2 plumbers to me within an hour!Donavan and Nate were Great! They arrived, assessed and began working right away digging a new trench line for the install. These guys knew exactly what to do and wasted no time.You can see in Image #1 that the old Main valve was just hanging out in the open waiting for catastrophe. Donavan replaced brand new line, Pressure Relief Valve & shut-off nice and tight against the wall and floor joists. Great Job!My Tenant was ecstatic that the repair was completed in 1-day restoring water to the property. I was so appreciative of their swift professional service that I felt compelled to Tip!     Choice One Plumbing was the company I called when I had my kitchen sink back up. After trying various home remedies I knew I had to call a professional. I hadnt used a plumber in years so I simply Googled them and Choice One came up close to me. They responded on Sunday and I set the appointment for Monday morning. We own an Airbnb in Sevierville & it lost hot water on Friday night & Choice One was able to get Daniel out by early afternoon the following day.     TLDR: I am now on my fourth visit with Choice One they have been quick to respond with an appointment time, if they happen to not catch your call. Very professional (even when getting stuck in our yard once) and personable techs. Price has always been good for the amount of work and quality that is done.2 years or so ago I had to get a new a water heater installed, and I went searching Google for a smaller local plumber “not HEP sided”. I found Choice One Plumbing and a few others, no else was picking up the phone or responded to voicemails. The plumber that came out was quick, professional, did a great and advised us what to watch out for due to the age and type of pipes we had. Then a year ago we had some issues with your sink backing up, of course I called Choice One plumbing again. They were quick to respond to setup a time to get it looked at and get a quote, quote was good and the guy that came actually waited for another driver to stop by and drop off some equipment so he could start right the. He got it cleared out and flowing better than before, but this was the guy that got stuck In the yard that I mentioned earlier, I offered to pay for his van to be pulled out and he refused. The whole time ( about 1-2 hours. Few months later… the evidence of a leak appeared on the bill, and there was Choice One Plumbing again to the rescue. Fast forward to yesterday where, yet again, signs of a leak appeared on the bill. All the previous times I tried to get in touch with other plumbers, this time I just called Choice One Plumbing. Got an appointment for the next day around 1-3pm. Right after I was done with my morning shopping for the week I got a call from Bobby saying he could get to me in 45 minutes (it was 10:15am). He came out looked around underneath the house and then we ventured to the water meter. Turns out I now have a to get a new water main line installed. Bobby took a bunch of pictures and sent them to Donavon to create a quote for me. Choice One plumbers have always done fast and quality work before, this last time was no different, Donavon brought the excavator got the new main water line put In the same day and helped level my driveway with some rocks I had. Donavon was very nice and explained every step that he was doing along the way. 10/10 would recommend Choice One Plumbing to anyone in the area that they serve.

    Had a septic field drainage issue, called choice one plumbing and they sent Donavan out the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repair quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend there excellent service.

    We had a leak in our septic system. It took months for Choice One to finally come out and fix it which was very disappointing. But, when Fred finally came out, he figured out exactly what was the cause, and fixed it for us in just a matter of hours. He did a very good and professional job, he didnt mind getting muddy, and was friendly and courteous. If you want it done right, ask for Fred, hes one of the best.

    We had a mystery clog in the kitchen sink that no one seemed to be able to unclog, chemicals and 65 foot snake and all. Then Nathan arrived and saved the day. He was professional, diligent, and gave us plenty of great tips for future routine maintenance to prevent issues. We will never ask for anyone else again!

    So I had called last week and talked to the receptionist Kelsey. She was very sweet and understood due to me being out of state and needing my grandmother to get help with her leaky toilet and I not 100% sure what was going on made sure everything would get taken care of in a timely manner.     We called Choice One to repair a failed hot water heater and leaking shower. 3 girls in the house and no hot water.... Fred arrived that afternoon, accessed the issues, ordered the parts and returned the next afternoon as promised to install them. The repair parts did not arrive until late that afternoon, but Fred worked well after hours to ensure we had hot water. He and Choice One went above and beyond and it is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

    We just purchased a house, and needed to replace the old galvanized drain pipe in the crawl space. We figured it would be good to replace the twenty-year-old water heater at the same time. Dominic took care of the whole business for us, completed the job sooner than expected, and left the place neat and tidy. He was a pleasure to work with, and although I hope I dont *need* a plumber again real soon, Im happy to know a group I can work with.

    I had posted a negative review regarding this company a few hours ago, Sunday, which I have now deleted. To my surprise, the owner, Robert, contacted me within a few hours to discuss. Needless to say, I was very impressed that he took the time on Sunday to find out exactly what happened. He wanted to know details of the service call. After discussing my concerns which included the technicians attitude, arriving over an hour after he said he would be here and immediately telling me that the basic charge would be $250.00 and would go up from there depending on what needed to be done, Robert said that he was ripping up my check and adjusted the service charge by half. I definitely want to thank Robert for his professionalism and concern for the customer. I would recommend his company.

    I had an issue with my septic tank and not only did Choice One answer the phone at 10 pm on a Friday, I had someone at my house Saturday without paying any type of emergency weekend rate!Steve came out and could not complete the repair that day due to the required part not being a standard item on his truck. It should be noted that he spent a couple hours attempting to locate this part locally without success. He (Choice One) went out of his way to locate the part and have it overnight shipped Monday. He keep me in the loop with continuous communication and did not even ask for any type of service call fee or payment until the job was complete.On the day of the repair, I had a septic company at my house during the time of Steves repair. Not only did Steve help me with the dispatched call issue, but also helped the septic company piece together a pipe that would reach the bottom of my tank. If Steve had not been here and willing to help, my tank could not have been emptied that day! If I havent said enough, let me give one more kudo - I have a very steep property and the septic company service person could not pull his pump back up the hill single handily. Steve saw the struggle we were having and came over to help with this as well !I cant say enough how out of the way this company (Steve) went to help me out. I have another plumbing job now and just called to schedule an appointment. Choice One is the only plumbing company around that will give an estimate without charging.
