I heard an unfamiliar steady drip in one of the rooms in my home. I found it was coming from the light fixture on the ceiling! The sheetrock was drenched and we needed help ASAP. Obviously the problem was on the second floor but getting to the source without tearing up the wall would be difficult. I called Mr Loveday. He was more than an hour away on another job. He offered to come as soon as possible and gave me an estimated time. He was here when he said. He isolated the problem quickly and fixed it without destroying the area around where the pipe had burst. His cuts in the tile wall were minimal, precise and will be easily repaired. I have already had my tile man look at it and he was very impressed with the fact that Mr. Loveday was able to save the tile he removed. I am delighted with the work that was done and the very reasonable price! With 6 bathrooms I am sure we will need help again someday but I know who to call! I gladly recommend this plumber!

James is very knowledgeable and not afraid to tackle the hard jobs. They completely replumbed my 1940s home (and it was a mess) start to finish in two days. Very polite and considerate. This is a great company and prices are very reasonable. They take pride in doing a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Very honest and professional and does what he says. We had him do a tankless water heater conversion because our old gas one was dying. Mr. Loveday didnt hesitate and was on the job the day after looking at it! It was definitely NOT an easy job but he is clearly not afraid to work. We will be using him from here on out and recommending him to everyone we know.

I suspected a leak in our home because of discoloration on the wall. Called Loveday Plumbing and they came and checked it out. I wasn’t ready to act yet, but two weeks later, called them again. They came out 1 hour later, identified and fixed the problem, and were gone by early afternoon. They were courteous and conservative in how much they cut open the walls. Pricing was fair. Thanks so much!

I researched local plumbers & found James Lovedays post to be inviting and honest. I also liked the fact that I received a discount for being a Vet. Not to mention that I am an unemployed fulltime student. James responded to me quickly & came a little earlier than originally stated (not something that usually occurs with service providers). The job was not inflated in cost to offset the discount, James was honest & personable. I would suggest family, friends, & anyone I spoke with to use Loveday Plumbing Company. Thank you James for a good, timely, & reasonably priced job!

I called in the morning and talked with James and he was here by 2:00 pm installed my new kitchen faucet and replaced piping for existing garbage disposal at a minimum price. I would hire Loveday plumbing for all my plumbing needs
