Tim and Ashton are very professional, hard workers that take pride in their work and the company name they represent. If I owned the business Id be proud to have their labor representing my name and business. Every question was answered and every professional part of their craft was attended to. From removal of the old water heater to install of the new on demand water heater, they demonstrated their quality workmanship and attention to details. Too many companies have fallen to production. These two gentlemen work hard and fast but do not sacrifice quality in their craft. I dont know how well their paid but they need a raise. I will suggest Embrich plumbing to everyone i know. If this is an example of their workforce then this company will succeed for years to come.

I had a variety of plumbing work done. The guys that did the work were nice, quick and professional. I had changed my mind at the last minute on installing something, and the head office was really good about understanding why I changed my mind. I will definitely have this company do work for me again! Additional: I did have this company come back and do more work. I had them put in a new toilet. The guy they sent did a great job. Ive never seen somebody work so fast! I wish I had that kind of energy again.

After several attempts to find a plumber within my town who had availability I stumbled across Embrich Plumbing. Reviews were solid but service was beyond! From scheduling to the repair it was well above my expectations from what I have dealt with working with other companies. On time, quick, affordable, and family owned which I LOVE! Darius was great! Tim did a great job fixing our 2 outside spigot. When he said he would need to cut a hole in the basement wall to access one of them I was a little nervous. We had Mark Giglotto and Austin Link out to repair an old rusted drainage pipe. It was quite a job, digging to remove the old pipe, cutting through our foundation to fit a new pipe, and laying gravel to fill the hole. Mark was very courteous and explained what was being done and why. And he certainly knew what he was doing because he had a plan right away and got to it. And Austin was also very nice, and polite. And a hard worker too. Overall we felt confident the job would be done right and it was. We’ve had work done by Embrich before and we will continue to have them do any plumbing that might be needed. I give them maximum stars.

People, you can’t beat Embrich Plumbing. From top to bottom everyone is professional and nice as can be. We had a walk in shower put in and they fixed our indoor pipes and put in a new sewer line. My 87 year old mother was having problems with a toilet not flushing completely. I contacted Courtney at Embrich and she was very helpful and assured us she could get a plumber out that day. I received a text at 12:30 that Tyler was on his way. He arrived a bit after 1pm and determined the 30+ year old toilet needed replacement. He was able to get a new one brought to her home, removed the old one and completed the installation by 2:30pm. Tyler was very personable and hard working, and left the bathroom just as clean as he found it. This was our first experience with this company and we were so pleased. Just had this tankless water heater installed and everything appears to be going well. After working with American Water Services and their contracted company for over 5 days with no results. We contacted Embrich, and the two ladies in the office, Sheila, and Bonnie, were very understanding and scheduled someone to come to our residence to evaluate the issue.Isaac arrived later that day and was very knowledgeable and understanding of our urgent issue and scheduled work for the next morning. Isaac even called that morning stating that he was gassing up equipment and asked if we needed anything like coffee or juice from the gas station. Never have I had a contractor be that personal.Isaac and Josh arrived and were very professional in making sure that our steps and basement floors were protected. Something the other company could care less about.We were very impressed on the skill level of Isaac’s driving of the bobcat to tunnel the dirt to replace the new sewer line. My experience with Embrich Plumbing was great! Shayne and Jered performed the installation of our tankless water heater and did an awsome job. They answered any questions we had and were polite and professional. Had an issue with our gas line that supplies natural gas to the tankless unit. I had a great experience with Embrich after my tank water heater failed. Cliff came out that same day and discussed replacement options. I ended up going with a tankless model. The next day, Dalton and Ben got it installed in just a few hours. The installation looks great and they did a thorough job with cleanup. They took time to show me how to operate it and gave me some maintenance tips too. Everyone I dealt with at Embrich was very polite and professional. This was not a cheap upgrade but I’m happy I won’t be dealing with leaky, failed tank heaters again.

I was really pleased with the 2 professional’s sent to complete the work order! They were fast & efficient and gladly answered my questions. They opened up a little drywall on my damaged family room ceiling to see if there was a pipe leaking beyond the leak from the toilet seal (which was only a year old.) They replaced a short amount of pipe and installed a new toilet flange - which was probably the issue with the leaking. They also replaced the water shut-off handle in the basement, took the corroded one out and placed a nice looking panel over it so it wasn’t just a hole in the wall. My husband and I have nothing but positive things to say about Embrich plumbing! We’ve had them out 2 for issues with our sump pump. One was just a valve replacement and the second was to re-route our sump pump away from our septic tank. We had Chandler both times and he was very respectful, informational and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs! We will definitely be calling them for more projects in the future!

Crew was polite and professional.(April 2023) Just had another plumbing issue (an outside faucet) and once again, they were very prompt in responding. The guys were here prompt and got right on the job after detailing the work and expected costs. Replaced the outside faucet and fixed another drip in a T joint. Were quick, but thorough and everything was cleaned up after finishing the work. Really appreciate the job they did and that they were able to squeeze me in when they got an opening. Very competitive to others with price, quality of work and service.

The whole team were terrific in replacing the water line from the street meter to my parents home in Maryville. Excavation was also needed to run the line underground. They were patient and super nice. Also, nice to see that it is a family local business, operating for 30+ years. Dell and his son Tyler were great. John from their team was great too. Reminds me why the Midwest is such a wonderful place.

Weve used Embrich for smaller jobs in the past, and theyve always been reliable and thoughtful with the work theyve done, so we decided to use them for our bathtub remodel. The work is wonderful, and though we ran into a miscommunication between the plumbers and tiler, they worked to rectify the issue quickly and everything turned out wonderfully. They were conscientious of our time and home, and they repaired any minor damage that comes with working in a small space. Our estimate was not particularly detailed, so if you need extra information, just ask them - they are very responsive. We would recommend them based on work ethic, quality, price, and responsiveness.

Installer was very professional, answered all questions, an completed the job quickly. The finished work and work area was neat and cleaned up. All pipes were checked and rechecked for leaks, including gas. This is the second time weve had Embrich do plumbing work and both times weve been happy with the result.
