Water heater went out around 11 am. Called these guys and talked to Steve the owner. Super nice guy and they came out the same day. Didnt charge an extra emergency fee like others do. Last plumber I used made a minor mistake on the line going in, and Steve fixed it and again didnt charge extra! Water heater was installed perfectly. Everything cleaned up and done by 5pm. These guys are great. Support this local business, you wont be disappointed. Thanks again!

I can’t say enough about Steve “ The Water Heater Man” and his sidekick Jackson. I am a project kinda guy but copper plumbing is a different animal. Had a large company come by and price my job, after seeing the cost and picking myself up off the floor I began the search for someone with a fair price. You won’t find a nicer guy than Steve the owner. Prompt, clean and efficient. As others stated, I had him come out on a Saturday at no outrageous weekend rate. If you find yourself without hot water, give “The Water Heater Man” a call you won’t regret it.

I highly recommend WATER HEATER MAN. I had a very old water heater in my cramped crawlspace that was leaking. I needed to get it fixed quickly.Steve and Jackson were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. It was a very easy process and they were able to come out to replace my old water heater quickly. The price was fair and straight forward, very honest.Ill definitely call WATER HEATER MAN in the future if I need any repairs!

Fair price for licensed insured plumber. Showed up after courtesy text except right on time. Uses quality parts not “builders grade” poorly made parts. Neat, clean and waited to be sure no leaks after dishwasher cycled through. These guys are pros in every way. Will gladly recommend them for any plumbing related job you have. ( No, I’m not a relative.). Just happy to find someone in the trades who takes customer service serious.

I would recommend using Water Heater Man. It’s a small business that treats their customers great. Also he provided a price upfront and was very responsive. I sent Steve a picture of the current water heater that needed replaced, and he was able to figure out everything he needed for the job that proves he knows what he his doing. If you need a hot water heater this company will do a good job and won’t take advantage of you.

We had a toilet that was really giving us a problem flushing and a faucet that was blown out by another company. Steve was totally prepared with parts prior to the visit. Never had a plumber this efficient. Even my pets liked him.If you want a great and knowledgeable plumber, this is the one to call. You cant go wrong.

The water heater man was so great. They helped replace/repair a water heater under our rental property. They actually fixed the work of the person I hired prior after they installed the wrong water heater which was done unsafely and kept leaking. They even repaired some leaks at no cost from the poor work that was done previously. I highly recommend them. I wish I would’ve known about them earlier and I wouldn’t have had to have them out to repair the poor work from the first contractor.

My water heater went out over the weekend and Steve and Jackson came and put in a new one the same day I called. I had gotten a quote from one of the big companies but Steves quote for the same job was HALF as much. Yes...I did say half and its not an exaggeration. They put it in and had it going by the end of the day and cleaned up everything afterwards. Its great to be able to support a local business AND get a great deal. In short...... you gotta call these guys!

Steve diagnosed an issue with our water heater, quickly found the cause, and got us setup for a warranty replacement. Steve is professional and very knowledgeable. We will be calling Steve again for any plumbing service work needed. Highly recommended!
