They came to my home in December to replace what I thought would a simple part in my Tankless Water heater. Long story short multiple visits and attempts were made to fix the unit, but it had to be replaced. They fully completed the repairs in early April, but they only charged me for the cost of the new unit and installation of it. Their technicians were friendly and respectful and when I called to ask questions and updates I received them with no issues. So I would recommend this company.

Split installed for my upstairs they did a good job took them minimum amount of time they were clean they cleaned up after themselves and kind and courteous. They knew what they were doing and provided me with great service a 100% recommended.

My review will be changing depending on how long it takes for a new unit.At first they were helpful in giving me an idea about how much things would cost and what sort of system Ill need over the phone. This made me feel more trusting towards them.After they gave their official estimate, they didnt seem as willing to let me know if the parts were in stock or on back order, so right now Im only giving 4 stars. If the parts are far enough on back order and Im without AC for too long then Ill realize I made a mistake by going with them, but Ill update as soon as the repair date is made

They were responsive. Kori was our favorite. Everytime we have problem sewer clogged, toilet and pipes all questions were answered and explained. Professional and good service. Fair service fee compared to other company which is way too much. It’a like they overcharge with so much fee while were looking for a plumber.

Heater stopped working in my office while it was, well, it felt like, 100 degrees below zero. I called (the normal guys I usually call) and they couldnt come for 2 days. Someone at work recommended Hood Heating & Air and I was desperate so I called. They were able to be here in 20 minutes, took them less than 10 minutes to find and fix the problem and charged me less than anyone one else had ever quoted. On top of that, they cleaned up after themselves! I will be using these guys for everything from now on! Great work, friendly and explained everything to me that they did.

Fantastic. Our A/c went out at work. They were promt on coming out and giving an estimate. We accepted the estimate late Friday afternoon. I called on Monday to make sure they had everything thing they needed from us. They said they did and when the parts came in they would call and set up a time to come install. They were there at 1pm and new ac unit was up and running by 3 that Monday

I’m very pleased with Hood Heating and Air! My a/c broke on the hottest day of the summer, and they were able to come out the same day, find the problem quickly, and explain it to me so I understood the fix and future maintenance. They were very kind, knowledgeable, and professional.

Our furnace wasnt working correctly tonight (New Years Eve), I called and talked to Matt. He was able to help troubleshoot and diagnose the problem over the phone and gave me a few quick fixes to try. The first one fixed it. Will definitely use them in the future. Thanks Matt!

Called Hood at 7 am on a Friday. Returned my call at 745. The condenser fan motor was shot on my AC. They had it fixed by 6pm THAT SAME NIGHT. I am impressed. Thank you to Matt, John and Todd for saving our bacon in the middle of the Kansas summer.
