We had a toilet backing up. Contacted two other plumbing companies that clear sewer lines and neither returned my calls. Called Roto-Rooter and they had a man at the house the same day. James was very professional and courteous. He laid out the process, cost, and time frame for my approval before starting the work and completed it all according to the plan. I will certainly use them again if needed!

The person that came was earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. He was personable and efficient. He worked probably 45 minutes clearing our root clog. The cleanout was difficult to reach. When we have another problem, we will use Roto Rooter.

We had experienced a leak in our kitchen sink and had had a faucet in a bathroom that didnt work on the hot water side. I called Roto-Rooter because most plumbing businesses in Topeka will not do plumbing work on manufactured homes. They were there shortly after I called (which was a blessing). They courtious and professional. Inspecting what needed to be repaired found out no parts were needed and each item was fixed within less than an hour. Only charging us there service call flat rate. Payment was easy including a guarantee. I will recommend Roto-Rooter to anybody and definitely will use them for future plumbing repairs. Thanks Roto-Rooter!
