From a Father whose son moved to KS and bought his first home far away: Bob’s helped make this process of providing support for my son from afar, very easy. They were courteous and worked with our schedule needs. They communicated all the steps and finished the job quickly and better then expected results. I will continue to use them.Big kudos to Jerrie (sp?) manning the phones: she is super courteous and was helpful to get her team to my sons house in a timely manner.

I normally dont make the time to complete reviews. However, Bobs Plumbing and Heating Inc made such an impact on my family. For starters they respond quickly. I called them over an emergency and they were out to my home the VERY NEXT DAY. We were extremely hot and our AC went out. They fixed it same day. The technician was polite, respectful, fast and thorough. They are professional and AFFORDABLE. I wouldnt use anyone else. I HIGHLY recommend them everything. Id give 10 stars if I could.

I was very happy with them. They were able to get someone right out and it did not take long for our problem to be solved. All staff I worked with were very friendly and knowledgeable. They had no problem in wearing a mask when I requested due to a autoimmune compromised house member.

Bob is the best in Kansas. In fact, he may be the best in the MidWest.He is knowledgeable and can handle any job. I liked that he allowed you to choose from options that met your needs. Most companies coerce you to decide based upon their assessment and are adverse to provide a invoice breakdown. Bob doesnt.If you want honest work from a team of professionals. If you want to drive down I 70 and let your money fly out the window, then choose someone else. But if you want $ to keep, then choose Bob and his team.

I have used this company on multiple occasions over the last 5 years. The office manager is always polite, the plumbers come out on time explain the situation and give you the best possible price in fixing the concern- and fixing it right the first time. I would never go anywhere else. Best service at the best price hands down.
