We could go on and on about how great Duell Construction is. We had an idea for an addition, and they helped brainstorm, plan and then build something that is better than we ever dreamed. Thanks to their excellent communication and high standards, the process was very enjoyable.

Multiple sources had recommended Duell construction to me as a top contractor in Manhattan, They replaced 10 interior doors in my house, and widened 3 of them. This was a challenge because my house is 60+ years old and it has uneven floors. Everything about this company was very professional. Great working team, attention to detail, and high degree of organization. The new doors are beautiful!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Ben and his entire crew were great to work with. He turned a sorely neglected 1930 office building into a beautifully stunning space that Im incredibly proud to work in. When I bought the building, I had a vision for what I hoped the end result could look like, but really had no idea how to accomplish it. From Day 1 and throughout the whole project the guys were able to walk me through the details, giving quality recommendations, and always kept our budget in mind. They even allowed us to put some sweat equity into the building in order to save some funds and ultimately come in under budget. These guys are about as trustworthy as they come and I would certainly hire them for any future projects.

We recently did some work with Ben and Duell construction restoring a roof in the Manhattan area. Ben and Duell construction demonstrated great communication and character through out the entire process. Duell Construction did a fantastic job finishing our basement. Communication was great and construction quality was as good as it gets. I would say that their standards for their work exceeded ours and it was impressive to stick with it until they were satisfied. Look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

I’m a fairly handy guy, but my wife wanted a large window in a very prominent location in our home. After hearing several speak about Duell Construction and learning Ben is a man of character I had to have it done right and felt his company was who I’d pursue. I have no regrets and am beyond pleased. More importantly my wife was very pleased. Ben and his team have always blown my expectations when it comes to remodeling and restoration. I have referred them to quite a few clients, and they always knock it out of the park. They communicate well during the process, they are SUPRE courteous, clean up after themselves, and always strive to go above and beyond.

We had a full house to remodel and Duell did a great job. Employees and owner are very honest and they will tell you if they cannot do the job right. The price is also honest.I worked with some companies in Manhattan and they are the best for renovations.

Our house flooded due to a plumbing issue while we were in vacation. Coming home to the nightmare was obviously stressful and emotional. Restoration companies came in to dry out the space, but we knew we needed someone trustworthy to help get us back home. We have to thank Zach at Duell for reaching out to Ben and to Ben for graciously helping us. They stuck to timelines and everyone was always so helpful and professional. Big thanks to Aaron for heading up the job and Paxton for answering a bazillion questions all of the time. We are very lucky to have been able to work with Duell and looking forward to more projects in the future!
