Chris showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He listened to my suggestions and was able to modify an existing outlet versus creating a new one. Throughout the project, he kept me up-to-date on the progress. When they were done, he walked me through all the work done and they cleaned everything to include vacuuming under the cabinet! I will definitely be calling Geisler for any future electrical work.

They came out from the set appointment they said they can come and they fixed all our lights in our building, also fixed other issues that was flickering and replace all the light bulbs that was missing. I called Geisler Electric to help with a problem at one of my rental houses. They were able to come out that day, which was good, since there was no power in most of the house. The person answering the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Once my job was assigned to one of their technicians, I started receiving text messages right away. The technician continued to keep in touch via text message throughout the day, even replying to me after hours. I appreciated the great communication. A bill was emailed to me the same day service was completed and I was able to pay it easily online. This was my first time using Geisler Electric and I will definitely be using them from here on out. They are very professional, proficient and use good communication and accounting technology. Thank you Geisler Electric!

We are big fans! They have helped add multiple lights, fished wire through impossible locations, added outlets to built-ins, changed out lights and fans, worked to keep our smart home features working seamlessly inside and out. We have 4 kids, who several of their technicians have met, and when we run into them around town, they are kind and friendly there too! They notice the details..it is LOVELY (like the color of outlets and the thoughtful placement/location of new switches)Price wise, we always receive a quote that we have to approve via email. If its more pricey than I am looking for, they are always willing to re-imagine the scope of the project to fit our budget.

We had a great experience with Geisler Electric. They were on time, they had multiple personnel to knock out the jobs quickly, explained everything they were doing, and cleaned up all areas after they were done. We had a few different jobs, including dealing with some international wiring and adding outlets for mounted TVs, and they were all completed professionally at a great price. They even did a walkthrough and caught some issues our home inspector shouldn’t have missed when we purchased our home in relation to our fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. We’re very thankful!!

I had lost power to the exhaust fan and the only outlet in my bathroom. The lack of exhaust fan caused my walls to start sweating pretty badly. I called Geisler Electric for help! They were booked out pretty far (this in itself is a sign of an awesome company) but offered me solutions that I could implement in the meantime to mitigate the accumulation moisture. While waiting for my appointment day, they called me and said they could squeeze me in earlier. They arrived on time, were super courteous, very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. I was expecting a much higher bill so I was impressed with their pricing! After services were complete, the woman who answers their phones/does their scheduling even called back to see if everything was still working okay or if we needed anything else. I love Geisler Electric and won’t be using any one else as long as they are in business!

Additionally, they are quite amiable and friendly. Their office has a “face” for the company with Courtney and she is awesome. Pros - extremely responsive and quick to schedule and perform the job, the technician was great around my family and kids, the work appears to have been done well. My only complaint is that the technician neglected to bring a switchplate for the new switch or caps to cover where the old light fixtures were removed. He suggested we could go to Menards and find the items, but I didn’t hire the company just to finish the final steps myself. Overall, though, a minor complaint and a better experience than with most contractors - I would recommend.Edit - The next day the technician called and asked to come back out just to install the switch plate and cap. Another example of Geisler’s great customer service. I do plan to call them again for the next project.

They have installed a breaker for my new AC unit, repaired an unworking outlet, upgraded my fuse box to a breaker box, and installed a vent fan in my bathroom.
