When we were having issues with our 20 year old hot water tank, Jon visited us to help diagnose the problem (while there was an issue with the sensor, it ultimately was time to replace the tank!) What I deeply appreciate, is that Jon walked us through each option to understand the benefits and challenges for the potential replacements, and that he provided a temporary solution while we waited for the heat pump water tank so we werent without hot water in the interim. He is incredibly professional, is truly dedicated to building relationships, and has great attention to detail. I would absolutely work with Jon and his team in the future for plumbing and electrical needs!

Jon is the berries!Over the years, Jon has been the guy to call if I have an electrical issue. When I reach out to him, I know that the job will be done in a timely, professional manner.He recently came out to update a chandelier to something more modern. With the new look also came some additional weight. Jon went out of his way to get a special bracket that went between the ceiling joists to support the weight. He simply could have used what was there, but he went above and beyond to ensure the fixture will be there for years to come.I highly recommend Jon and the Wherehouse. I can ensure you you wont be disappointed.A+ company!

Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Jon answered our call of distress and quickly and calmly instructed me over the telephone how to avoid what could have been a very serious issue and was onsite within the hour.
