Another local electrician, Jonathan Michael Bartlett of L&W electric, took off without finishing our electric after getting paid in full because he said he couldnt afford materials for his next job because his money was tied up in our job. He made an absolute mess of our electrical at the pole, and left everything unburied with a long ditch of unburied lines to the house we had to cover with boards so we would not fall into it. Our existing garage lines that he had disconnected, were stuffed into a Home Depot bag with a couple scoops of dirt laying on top of them. It took 3 months to find an electrician who would actually show up to finish the job. After many no calls and no shows, I realized that Eaton did more than plumbing! WITHIN 24 HOURS OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT, THEY SHOWED UP AND RECONNECTED OUR GARAGE IN JUST 2 HOURS! These guys say what they do and do what they say and we will be using them for plumbing and electrical for as many years as we can! THANK YOU EATON!!!!

Came out today to replace my water heater. Took the time to check and see if there were other issues or if it was an easier fix. Replaced the unit quickly and professionally. Im very pleased and will definitely use them again.

The service was very professional and the technicians was knowledgeable. Why 4 stars is the charge 95 hr from when the leave the shop. Also I didnt have water took them a week to come out. I wasnt a top priority I guess.
