I recently worked with Roger at MITRE Contracting and I am thrilled with the custom built-in cabinets they created for my home. From start to finish, the experience was seamless,professional, and met all our expectations.First, the consultation process was incredibly thorough. We requested multiple quotes, but were only able to follow through with one this year – but plan to place another order in the near future. Roger took the time to understand my vision and offered thoughtful suggestions to maximize both functionality and match existing designs (crown molding) in our house. Roger and Bernadette have been such a pleasure to work with. We bought our home in July and quickly identified a few projects that we wanted to tackle, including the installation of a new fire place mantel and a set of built in shelves for my record collection. While the shelves required a longer lead time, Roger said he would try to get the mantel done in time for Christmas. He certainly delivered! He provided a detailed estimate with drawings and renderings of the mantel, and it turned out even better than I expected. So happy that we will be able to enjoy it for our first Christmas in the new home. Can’t wait for the built ins so I can start enjoying my records by the fire!
