We had a great experience with Alvarado Custom Carpentry. They did both a mud room extension/renovation and a powder room upgrade. Throughout the team was respectful, clean, and always willing to help. They worked very hard, and were talented. They were as flexible as possible with me as I figured out the design as we went. The final product was really well done and they have been really responsive with follow ups when finished to fix any issues I had even post completion. I would definitely use them again. They had fair pricing as well!

Alvarado and his team are truly amazing! They did a whole main level remodel for us which included a new kitchen, new flooring, brand new office with custom built ins and a remodeled laundry room into combined laundry and mudroom. Everything turned out so beautiful!! Alvarado himself is responsive (which is hard to find), efficient, and pays attention to details. Don’t walk or run, but sprint to Alvarado Custom Carpentry. You wont regret it!

I highly recommend Alvarado and have personally passed out his information to six friends of mine. His work is fantastic, his employees are professional, and his rates are better than many in this industry. Our family had a house fire losing everything a few years ago. During the construction, we had many vendors working on the rebuild of our house, and I can confidently say that Alvarado was the best of all of them. He was trustworthy, honest, and very fair. He took the vision I had to the next level and gave me a more beautiful house than I had before the fire!

Alvarado and his team did an incredible job designing and building some built in cabinets for our living room. We had a pipe in our living room that they were able to build around and they even made custom shelves around the pipe. They maximized the space for our storage needs. They were very competitive with their pricing and over delivered. They cleaned up after themselves each day and they were very respectful and kind people. I would hire them again for a future project.

We found Alvarado on facebook and contacted him to get an estimate of mudroom & pantry I had sketched. From the start the whole process was seamless. His team took care of tiling, electric work, vents, painting the cabinets and walls along with custom cabinetry. His team works meticulously cutting, framing everything by hand. The end result was sooo good, best work I have seen. It looked better than I had imagined. Alvarado goes above and beyond making every little thing you need and dream, come true. I am so glad to have found them. And every time I walk into the space I cant help but smile with happiness. Cannot recommend them enough. 🙏♥️

This year we moved into a new home and the Alvarado team did a lot of work for us. First, they created built-ins for the home office. Then, they updated our laundry room with cabinetry and a new sink. Third, they created cabinets, floating shelves and a mantle for our stone fireplace wall. Recently they finished our basement, creating a storage room, workout room, full bath and rec-room. Ismael was there every step of the way with design ideas. The teams they have are focused on quality of work to a tee. They dont quit until they get it right. I trusted them several times when I was not home...they were great. For each job, the communication was on-point and they were ALWAYS on time. While here on the job, they worked hard and with impeccable detail. Their carpentry skills are top-notch. Also, I found them to be affordable in comparison to other companies/teams. They use their own electrician, plumber and framing teams who were very experienced and responsible. If you need work done no matter how big or small, call Alvarado!!
