Afterwards, he answered my question about options (pros and cons) for another fixture, which my wife and I are weighing to reach a decision. We’ve always been satisfied with Mr. Electric, and will continue to be loyal customers.

I only needed an outlet for a corner of the house that is ridiculously dark all the time. They surprised me with an early morning appointment, was patient and listened to my concerns, even stayed long enough to help me reposition the washstand that was moved. Now were done nearly an hour before the earliest anticipated start time!

This was the 2nd time that Id used Mr. Electric so Id already had great expectations based off of past experience. However, Scooter exceeded my expectations with his knowledge,advice,and willingness to help. He was super efficient and practical also, he took the time to troubleshoot my issues very thoroughly until he was able to fix my problem. The exterior of my home now has better lighting and Ill be using them again for additional services.

My house had a very, very old panel box that was not safe or up to code. I also needed a faulty circuit fixed and 2 new ones; 1 for a refrigerator and 1 for a disconnect for a water heater. Dylan (I hope Im spelling that right) and his co-worker came by to do the work. Mr. Electric is very lucky to have these two working for them. They have traits and a work ethic that cant be taught or trained for...definitely difficult to find in todays world. From the first day to the last they worked diligently and kept us informed all along they way.These guys had to coordinate with GA Power and with an inspector. One day, Dylan pointed out something that I wouldve probably never caught. It was something GA Power had done but it gave me that chance to call them to come correct thier issue. Dylan and his co-worker worked long hours all 3 days they were here; one day it was from about 9AM- 8PM. As homeowners, that kind of communication and dedication from any contractor is highly valuable. I had no problem leaving my home in their hands while the family and I were away. The quality of their workmanship is very good. These guys are young but dont let that fool you. Theyre very knowledgeable about their field, very respectful, and professional. The only thing I can suggest as an improvement would be to vacuum the small amounts of dust created when cutting/drilling holes in the walls. This was a large investment for me and, overall, I was very pleased with these two and the work they did.

Mr. Scooter Russell is the man! Definitely deserves a raise after the services he provided for my Wife and I. He came to our appointment earlier than expected, didnt stop until he tracked down the problem to the electrical issue we were having, and showed his expertise on the matter by explaining what was happening every step of the way. This was my first time trying Mr. Electric services and I was not disappointed, thanks to Scooter! Will definitely be using them again if electrical issues come up.

So a technician named Yordan came a talked with me and quoted a price promptly. He was so upfront, pleasant, knowledgeable, caring, had time to listen to my needs, and explained things so well. we hired the job needed for our safety and were fortunate enough to get Yordan as our repair man. Everything was done just as he had explained without having to watch over him and his workmanship was inpectable. While connecting a dishwasher the whole house lost power for about 10 seconds. Im thinking, Yeah this is not good. I look in the Real Yellow Pages Book yeah I know who know what that is? I called Mr. Electric from the at 1:00 PM Wednesday 3/4/20 asking for a Tech to troubleshoot a circuit. The customer service were professional listened to my issues. She scheduled the very next morning at 9:00 AM. The Tech was own time, dressed professional and very knowledgeable. After explaining my problem, he explained what he was going to do and when I asked gave me a cost estimate, all before he started. I have a house built in 1900 so code is out the window with previous work done. Many breakers have no labels, some wire still have cloth insulation. After he was done he gave me a full briefing of exactly was done. He did not just hand me the bill like most and think just give me the money so I can leave. He identified the circuit and labeled it for me, verified it was the dishwasher and refrigerator which I didnt know. He did a load test on the circuit and had no power drop at all. I feel comfortable that it is safe now to use. The invoice was exactly what he had said it would be. Very reasonable cost as well.In Macon today you cannot get most contractors to even answer the phone or reply to a voice message. I called it was done quickly and no problems. and That is all anyone ask for.
