Said they would put me on the schedule and have someone call me back, whatever that meant. Never heard another word from them> on Edit. They called me today( 2 days later) and said they could be here in 30 mins. Showed up, great guys and did a good job at a fair price. Evidently the corporate office adds you to the schedule and the electrician calls you when he gets to you on the schedule. Which makes no sense, I just happened to be off work and at home when they called. End the end it all worked out, but the odds of me being home 2 days after the call were low.

If you need work done by an electrician, call Metro Power, Inc. They replaced the mast and meter box...and do exactly what they tell you they are going to do. They take care of everything...including calling GA Power when they had not shown up to turn the power back on at 7 pm. Chad Campbell and the electrician with him (I dont know his name) were excellent. They give a fair price and go beyond the expectation of customer service. They get a 5 star rating from us and we will use them again for any electrical needs.
