UPDATE: I received two phone calls from Total Plumbing Solutions apologizing for my experience and seeing if there was any way they could help. I appreciate their efforts and agree that the issue was with their answering service. Although I didnt use them for my plumbing needs, I think their customer service was great.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had a broken pipe last night and called them to see if I could get emergency service. Someone took down all my information and said either the technician or someone from the office would be calling me right back. I waited an hour and then called back.. A different man answered the phone, took down my information again, and said someone would be calling me.I never got a return phone call and ended up having to go with a different company. Im not sure if the problem was with Total Plumbing Solutions or with their answering service.

Prices were better than any quote we received from other companies and for plumbers they really kept things clean and dry. I’ll be using them moving forward for all of our plumbing solutions.

I had a plumbing emergency after hours. Spoke to Michael who talked to my son to walk him though shutting the water off as we are on a well. I asked him if he could come out the next morning and check it, which he did when Michael and Ryan were here at 8am. Talk about quick service. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They had my problem fixed in no time. I will defintely use them again. I highly recommend them.

Had a hot water problem if bathroom farthest from the water heater. The temp in tub was never hot. Total Plumbing Solutions came & solved this issue by just changing clocking on bathroom faucet to allow more hot water. Job was finished in a few minutes at a reasonable price. Very satisfied with their prompt resolution to my issue. Definitely 5 star ⭐️

Reached out to Total Plumbing at 11am on a Friday assuming we’d likely get an appointment the following week, but was pleasantly surprised to have someone over to look at our shower faucet in less than an hour. Tommy and his assistant were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They explained everything in easy to understand language and got my faucet fixed in a timely manner. Even more amazing was the price being cheaper than what they had originally quoted me, which is usually the opposite when we have used other plumbing companies in the past. We will definitely being using Total Plumbing in the future!

I needed some old flexible pipe removed from my house due to insurance requirements. I called Total Plumbing Solutions and spoke to Charlie F who asked for the details of my issue and then scheduled a visit to the property. He called me back with an estimate and the company followed up with a written one. I scheduled them after i obtained a few estimates. Their estimate was the best one. We scheduled the work out a couple of weeks which was fine with me and I feel sure he needed to schedule the personnel because it took a total of four plumbers all day. The first time I met Charlie F was the day of the work and early afternoon. He took me around the house and showed what he had done. While walking through, each plumber I met introduced themself. I was very impressed with how polite they were. As we looked at each faucet, Charlie explained what he had done and pointed out what he had installed and why. I was sooo impressed! Each time I called the office, every person was as nice as could be. I even got the owner once.. We are considering what ways we can use this company again. I fully recommend them for your plumbing needs. The company website is very informative and you will be able to see the folks who work there.

I have used Total Plumbing several times before and have had great experiences. When I first called this time they said they were booked out over a week. We received a phone call later that day stating they could be out the next day between 10am-12pm. Ted punctually showed up shortly after 10am as promised. He was very friendly and professional. He fixed our clogged pipe from the roof. It took him a few tries up and down the ladder, but he got it done on the first trip out. Thoroughly running the water and flushing the toilet afterwards to make sure the issue was truly fixed. Great company, great service, excellent employee. Highly recommend!

We do not live in the are, but we do own a rental property and needed some plumbing done prior to installing a new dishwasher. They were prompt and completed the work quickly and their pricing was very fair. For reference, but brother is a plumber, but lives out of state, and he confirmed that their pricing was fair and they did exactly what needed to be done.

I had a bad leak in a pipe close to the slab in my kitchen in a difficult to reach area.Albert was outstanding and was able to carefully chip the area with minimal damage and repaired what proved to be two pinhole leaks. He did a fantastic job and the communication was also great as provided by Monica in the office.The cost, considering how difficult and involved the repair was, was extremely fair and reasonable.I would highly recommend Total Plumbing Services in the highest possible terms.

There are not enough words to say how much I appreciate Frank and this company. There was an initial snafu, but the company worked to get it resolved right away. Frank provided a detailed explanation as to what was required to install my faucet and dishwasher. I’ll definitely be using their services if I have need of a plumber in the future.

About 6 months after purchasing our home in 2018 we found out the plumbing/ pipes underneath the slab were flaking and deteriorating which was causing clogs ( house was built in 1971). We had no choice but to re-plumb our home (or deal with clogs every 3 to 6 months ongoing). Total Plumbing Solutions was highly recommended and so we gave them a call. We are so glad we did because their team exceeded our expectations.They cut into the slab running from the guest bathroom, through the kitchen, and out the back patio and installed all new plumbing. They filled the slab when finished, and all of this only took a few days. Considering the size and scope of this project, Total Plumbing made it stress-free with their professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness. I will only use Total Plumbing from now on, and I recommend you do the same. Great work, great people, great price.

They really saved the day for me and my family after I discovered that my older home needed new drain pipes - a very costly and disruptive job. I received four estimates from different plumbers in the area. Total Plumbing Solutions came in several thousand less than the competitors and with a much better plan overall! Charlie is highly experienced. He knew the urgency of my problem and the team got started right away. They even stayed late that first day to make sure I had a working kitchen sink by the time they left! They were professional and honest and worked their butts off to get the job done. They are not trying to scam anyone or take advantage. Its a local outfit focused on getting and keeping customers for life. Owner called to follow up after the job was done and to make sure I was happy with everything. I was! Highly recommend!

We are teachers with really limited time to fix problems so when our sewer backed up into our bathtubs, we knew it was going to be a bad day. Charlie ended up helping us out and was so kind and understanding about how hard it was to get home at a weird time with school kids in our classrooms. He fixed the problem super quick was limited mess and the price was really reasonable (we had a whole house stoppage so that can get expensive and this was manageable). The other thing I appreciated was that we have septic and they called before coming out and asked if we’d had that pumped recently because they did not want to have us pay them just to tell us to clean out our tank. That was so thoughtful. They’re about way more than the bottom line and I’d recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much Charlie!

Ted was a rockstar. He righted the wrongs of my previous plumber, plumbed in my washing machine, and more. After he clocked out, he stayed to help me hook up my washing machine. Its a good thing he did, because the machine was giving me non-stop cold water. He alerted me to the fact that my solenoid inlet valve was busted but that it would be an easy fix for me to do, and it was. If Ted had not been my plumber, I would have either paid huge dollars to get my washing machine fixed or have believed I needed to buy a whole new one. Thank you, Ted; my wallet and my clean laundry thank you.
