I’m a procrastinator when it comes to calling for professional help on things that need to be taken care of. But recently a basement wastewater pump attached to my basement bathroom seems to be going off every several hours when the room is not being utilized. Before it would be once or twice a day but now the frequency was getting to me. Luckily, my HVAC guy highly recommended Blue Boxer plumbing and so I decided to give them a call. The first positive point goes to them for actually having a live person answer their phone (I expected a voice recording to request me to leave a message). I explained my situation and was highly surprised to hear someone could be out to my home within the hour (Second positive point since I expected to just make an appointment). Not only was Charles at my door on time but took the time to hear my concerns and looked at all the possibilities to my problem. Turned out to be a leaky toilet tank flapper and valve. I also asked if he had time to check on my other toilet in the main bathroom as well as unclog the bathroom sink, which he said was no problem at all. I must say I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and down-to-earth explanation as to his procedures. All systems are now up to normal. I mentioned to Charles I would be back in touch again with other small projects that were not immediate problems since I was quite pleased. So, for someone who may be a procrastinator like me, do not hesitate. Call. Thank you!

My husband only hires the best. He “interviews” and spends time making sure our home is only worked on by the top of the crop. Blue Box has been to our new home many times to fix and repair mistakes from the past owner. He’s been very happy with their work, so I know I can write this review with confidence. My husband is a small business consultant and perfectionist, so if he’s happy, I’m happy. Thank you Blue Box for being reliable and giving insight that helped us avoid future issues. I was pleasantly surprised - Pete was professional and thorough, he explained what needed to be done and finished the job on time. Considering that the last plumber I called left everything a mess Pete ensured that he left everything clean and tidy. He earned my business - I will be calling Blue Box whenever I need a reliable plumber!

Blue Box Plumbing was fast, friendly and informative! My plumber was Pete Semidey he was fantastic. He showed me what was going on with my bathroom. We ended up needing a new toilet. Which he had on his truck! He was great with my 2 year old who wanted to assist him. Pete let my son help open the new toilet and even allowed him to keep the box. My children are still having fun with the box and my toilet is fixed and my bathroom is clean. This has been a great experience. I will call Blue Box Plumbing MY plumbers!

We called Blue Box when the hot water in the kitchen just started to dribble out, same for the guest bath too and it had problems with the cold water too. They gave us an quote $530 cheaper than a competitor to completely remove all the galvanized supply lines (both hot and cold) under the house. It took Plumber Pete a couple days to complete the arduous task but the water now comes out in a strong, full stream and hotter than ever. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
