Keith and Elias from Camden & Sons Plumbing Contractors meticulously identified and replaced approximately 40 of sewer line from my residence to the tap in Lutz. They thoroughly examined the damaged pipe and determined the necessary repairs. They then dedicated the next several hours to successfully complete the task. Not only did they resolve the issue of the broken sewer pipes, but they also went the extra mile to ensure the original grass was almost back to its original condition. They took great care to leave the sidewalk undamaged, even though two sections needed to be removed for the final connection. Both Keith and Elias were courteous, informative, and extremely personable. I would not hesitate to invite them back for any future plumbing needs.

Arrived home to a massive water puddle on the kitchen floor, which shockingly was leaking from the ceiling. I immediately phoned Camden & Sons Plumbing Contractors the very next morning, and to my relief, within 5 minutes, a technician, Harold, gave me a call back to schedule a visit for the following morning. Unexpectedly, Keith was there at 755am, patiently waiting for me (15min) to arrive at my house. i was genuinely surprised and grateful because I didnt anticipate that they would be so punctual - Ive never encountered such timeliness from a company before. Keith did a spectacular job. He had to cut open my ceiling to find the source of the leak, which turned out to be my old toilet. He promptly bought a new one, replaced the faulty unit, and fixed the damaged drywall. He was efficient and meticulous in cleaning up the ensuing mess. He kicked off at 830am and wrapped up by 2pm. Being a woman, it can be quite challenging to find dependable repairmen who wont take advantage of me, but Keith was honest, friendly, and highly professional, not creepy in the slightest. To top it all off, he spoke Spanish, which was super helpful as he could explain everything in detail to my curious mom and my do-it-yourself dad. i highly recommend this company and particularly commend Keith for his excellent work. i have two more toilets to replace and Ill be definitely calling Camden & Sons Plumbing Contractors again to specifically request for Keith. Elias and his apprentice, Harold, are of top-notch quality! Their quotes are accurate to the last penny! They arrive, get the job done, and depart. Theres no beating around the bush or wasting time. These guys are hardworking and knowledgeable. They are always willing to impart their wisdom and advice. Ive engaged their services for a water heater removal and installation, which they quoted perfectly, a broken kitchen pipe, and a new kitchen faucet installation. When my kitchen faucet gave out around 6pm, they picked up my call, showed up in Lutz by 8am the following day and installed the pipes correctly. They always adhere to the plumbing codes and do things the right way!!! I cant recommend them highly enough! They deserve five stars all round. Much appreciated, guys!

Camden & Sons Plumbing Contractors truly came to my rescue during a crisis, and proved their reliability for routine tasks as well. When my sewer line backed up late at night, they were the only ones who answered my desperate calls. Raymond, the plumber they sent, was remarkably responsive and was at my place in no time. He was also very calming and helpful during our phone conversation when I was utterly panicked, and provided me with lots of valuable advice. So, naturally, when I had a routine plumbing issue, I reached out to them again. However, the plumber they sent this time, who was not the amazing Keith who had previously resolved my sewer line issue, managed to fix the problem but inadvertently created two more. When I called them again, they sent someone out to try and resolve the issues but were unsuccessful. Despite this setback, when I called them yet again after waiting for a while, they not only stood by their work but also dispatched the fantastic Keith who sorted out all issues in a flash. Despite the minor hiccups, I would without a doubt recommend Camden & Sons Plumbing Contractors. Theyre run by people of integrity like Raymond who will ensure tasks are completed to your satisfaction until the problem is entirely resolved. And Keith, hes just outstanding!

I reached out to a plumbing service when my mobile homes water heater broke down, and Elias was on the scene within two hours to evaluate the problem. He clearly explained the issue and enlightened me on how I could obtain a replacement water heater at no cost, considering that my existing one was only two years old when it malfunctioned. Elias then secured the new water heater, which was owed to me by the manufacturer, from a local home improvement store and installed it. All of this was completed in less than three hours, and I was once again enjoying hot water! Elias was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but he also made a point of cleaning up after himself before leaving. He worked within my budget and ensured the whole process was as quick and hassle-free as possible. Ill certainly be calling him again should I encounter any other plumbing issues in the future!

Raymond is my go-to guy. He does a superb job and his rates are very fair. Hes a good listener, possesses a calm demeanor, and never comes off as condescending. My initial encounter with Raymond was when I needed to rectify a disaster caused by a previous contractor. I had specifically instructed the contractor not to install a PVC butterfly shut-off valve, instead, I requested a brass/stainless lever type valve – something durable. This was for the main shut-off valve of my underground house. Regrettably, the contractor didnt heed my instructions and sure enough, the valve failed, resulting in a water puddle in my yard. I was livid! After making numerous calls to different plumbers, Raymond got back to me. He replaced the faulty valve with a better one and while he was at it, he also replaced an outdoor faucet. His work was neat and top-notch, leaving me thoroughly impressed. Since then, Ive called on him multiple times. Most recently, he replaced the regulator for my propane tanks which had a leak. The new one is even better, it comes with a fuel level gauge. If youre in need of a plumber who delivers quality work, I highly recommend contacting Camden & Sons Plumbing Contractors.

Big thumbs up!!! Our house got re-piped by these guys 3 years back. We were dealing with house leaks for 7 years, but havent had a single one since the re-pipe was done. Theyre always geared up and ready for the job. Very professional. They even send a picture of the technician whos coming, so you know who to look out for. They do the work swiftly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend!!! We recently had an underground leak, losing about 11 gallons per hour. Keith and Raymond got to it as fast as they could. The leak was in our concrete slab, but Elias figured out a way around it to help us save money. The work was completed in no time. Very grateful for Keith, Raymond, and Elias. Alright, so I had a water pipe in my attic above the guest bathroom that began leaking late one afternoon. I promptly turned off the water and called Camden & Sons Plumbing Contractors early the next morning. Miguel was at my place within 2 hours to evaluate the situation. He made his way into my attic, the entrance of which is on the completely opposite side of the house, navigating through a maze of rafters and blown-in fiberglass insulation, all in severe heat, to locate the leak. After that, he went back to his truck to get the necessary tools and parts to remove the faulty section and replace it with a new one. Then... he did it all over again! Problem solved! I do have a bit of drywall staining to deal with, but I could never have managed to fit into those tight spaces that Miguel navigated. Yes, their services might be costly, but they ensure the job is done correctly the first time. In my opinion, Camden & Sons Plumbing Contractors are top-notch.

Following a discussion with Elias and considering our past issues with leaks due to outdated grey pipes, I elected to have the entire house re-piped with new PEX pipes. On the day of the installation, a team of five plumbers arrived bright and early. Initially, I had a few queries for them, but they quickly demonstrated their expertise by methodically proceeding with their work. They minimally cut sections of the drywall and carefully removed the old pipes. The workflow was seamless and their team coordination ensured the process moved forward in a timely manner. Miguel and Harold were notably professional and receptive to all my questions. A few days later, the young plumber, Elias, returned to install a new toilet and did an excellent job. The cost estimate provided by the company for the re-piping work was quite competitive. I would strongly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Cant recommend these guys enough! Harold and Keith were the ones who visited my place in Lutz. I had been getting quotes from numerous businesses for a few plumbing issues, one of which was incredibly low hot water pressure in my shower. All the previous businesses I had discussed with mentioned that the problem was with the galvanized pipes and gave me a high quote to replace them. However, Harold and Keith were smart enough to realize that the issue was with a part in the shower itself. (I had already replaced the cartridge, but there was an old, clogged part behind it). They managed to fix the issues on the same day. The cost of the part they required turned out to be less than anticipated, so they graciously reduced the amount they initially quoted. They are honest, fair, and proficient guys. Im extremely satisfied with their service!

This might not seem like a big deal, but my utility room is pretty small, almost the size of a closet, and also houses our water heater! Harold skillfully navigated behind my sink, under the overhead cabinets, and not only cleaned the pipework thoroughly, but also vacuumed away the dust bunnies! I was incredibly impressed! Plus, under the new management, their service has noticeably improved. They really stood out with their service in Lutz.

He worked hard for over an hour, trying to clear my blocked pipe. The task turned out to be more complex, so he stepped back from the job without asking for any payment. (Unfortunately, I had to pass the work to my property owner at that point, even though i was prepared to pay a fair price.).
