We recently had Ierna’s install a new a/c system with a full 10 year warranty. The unit was installed about a month ago. The install included all permitting and an install specialist handled the process and inspected their own work two days after installation. Since then, I did not think the unit with regards to the now sophisticated thermostats was set up correctly. They sent out another technician Julio and he listened to my concerns and tweaked the set up. All work has been quickly and with a very pleasant demeanors. We are very pleased with our decision going with Ierna’s. They were not the cheapest choice, but stand behind their work!

Blake Kilc..... did a fabulous job! If there were 10 stars to give, we would have given him 20. Blake went above and beyond explaining what was wrong with our heating system. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and troubleshooting and repaired our heat system in record time. Blake also took the time, and with great patience, took the extra time, to explain things to my wife to educate her... not only for her own piece of mind, but for her own safety in the future. I cant thank Blake enough for that level of caring for a customer. Blake is truly an asset to your company. He did an absolutely outstanding job!!

Our tech Roberto did a great job in fixing our AC and getting it back to keeping our house cool during this hot summer! He arrived on time and was polite and knowledgeable. He was very also helpful in giving us tips on how to prevent the same issue from happening in the future. Overall I was satisfied with the job done. As a side note, I also like that their techs wear foot covers when coming into the house. It’s a much appreciated touch of customer service!

Service technician timeframe for arrival was between 4-8 pm and John arrived at 4:22 pm exceeding my expectations! John went to work immediately to diagnose the problem with the toilet leaking! From the minute we called Robert the plumbing manager at Ierna, we knew our slab leak was going to get fixed the right way. He and his crew came out super quick for a consult/quote and had already prepared to begin the work that day, in case we had accepted the quote. He worked with our concerns and our insurance company to find the best and most effective way to go about the repair with the least amount of damage to our flooring. A very positive experience, and will use them again for any plumbing needs we have in the future!

Rob C. and Rob G. came through for my family today. What presented as a simple job to replace a cartridge turned out to be much more difficult. Years of hard water had basically cemented our tub faucet cartridge in place and the brass broke off making it (nearly) impossible to remove and replace. At one point the concern was having to cut away the opposite wall. Instead, the boss man came out for his expertise and put on a clinic and got it fixed without additional expenses. I even asked for them to replace a working cartridge in the other bath while it still might have been easier to remove (it wasn’t) for future peace of mind and they suggested I contact Moen to get a part for free rather than get charged. We bought a water filter/softener after we moved in but years of not having one had taken its toll in Land O Lakes. If we didn’t already have one, we would contract them to install. They went the extra mile to not damage property and every time I expected additional charges to pop up, they pleasantly surprised me with reasonableness. Thank you Rob(s)!

Jonathon Severance came to my house to look at our 20-year-old toilet that wasnt draining/flushing properly. He took time to try and figure out why it wasnt draining/flushing. He removed our toilet and snaked the drain, looked at our clean out in front of our house to see if something was blocking it. He talked to me about what he was looking for and how he was going to do it. The flushing wasn’t powerful enough. Jonathon was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The conclusion was to get a new toilet. Jonathon came back out and replaced our old toilet with the new one. Again, he was very professional, courteous and kept me informed about what he was doing. I would highly recommend Ierna’s and Jonathon for your plumbing needs.

I don’t remember her name at the present moment, but she was also very polite and very nice. These employees are top-notch in my book

Due to health issues caused by mold, we decided to change our AC unit as a solution to get rid of the mold. We had already gotten several quotes from other companies and I was apprehensive about another perfunctory sales pitch when Salesrep Edward came out to our house. I figured that we could not afford whatever he had to offer anyways. But He was extremely sincere in his approach and truly seemed like he wanted to help me with my needs. His demeanor showed that he really cared about people. His quote wasnt the cheapest but he seemed to have integrity and worked with his boss to make it affordable for my family to truly help me with my health issues. I felt like I could trust this company and that makes a huge difference in these sorts of repair work. We ended up replacing our entire AC system with a 10 yr part/labor warranty a week ago. Another thing that I was impressed with was he said I didn’t have to pay until the job was done!(other companies didn’t give me this option ) He immediately got my trust. Now that is confidence in their product and service! The workers came on time a couple of days later and did an excellent job in one day. My husband and I are very pleased with this company! I am incredibly happy that I ultimately went with Irenas for the job, and I highly recommend the company.

I appreciate the work IERNAs did to restore our AC post Hurricane Milton. We got off to a slow start probably due to the sheer volume of repairs that a hurricane creates, but got back on track in a reasonable time frame. Roberto, the Technician, and Joanne at the office treated us professionally and with courtesy. I appreciate also that this company stuck to their original quote and didnt double the price later, like another vendor tried to do with us. I also really liked the technology they use to track and display where the technician was enroute to visit us. They also offered a two year warranty on their repair which none of the others I contacted were able to match. They honored an Angi coupon I presented without making excuses. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, they responded quickly to my feedback and made corrections as needed.

I recently went on vacation and returned with my A/C not working. I reached out to IERNA and was warmly greeted and helped to schedule my appointment. I had ( 2) technicians for my repair, Anthony was here to initially diagnose my problem and was very friendly and professional, and apologized for a delay due to the prior clients issues before me. He explained my problem to me and was able to order the part right in front of me and explained how the process works for installation. I received a call the following day with scheduled parts delivery and a time for my part to be installed. When that time came Jason was the technician for this and he was just as friendly as Anthony and very professional when completing the installation of my parts. He explained as he was working and even had a few tips to follow. By far I will be using IERNA again for any issues that I have when it comes to my A/C. I highly recommend these technicians and business.

Iearnas is the best A/C, plumbing, and heating company in the area. One of their employees, Jonathon Severance, is awesome! He provided full detail of what was being done to fix the main water line pipe that was leaking. After the job was completed, Jonathon advised us of gettiing the rest of the pipe done and provided an estimate. At no time did Jonathon pushed us to make a decision right away. He understood that we needed to discuss before making the decision to install new pipes as we need to make sure it is within our budget. I called them for a 2nd quote on an AC repair, where the previous company - Acree had quoted me a $1,000 to repair, while not doing a ton of a diagnostic. Turns out the issue was a simple condensate drain line clog, which I had taken care of myself.Tony Pano was the technician that showed up, and after asking me some questions, checking my equipment and testing some values, told me just as much - drain line clog being the culprit. Since I had already addressed the issue, prior to his arrival, he said there was nothing more to be done, that my AC was working great otherwise. He was earnest, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me an honest diagnosis, and left it at that. He didnt try to sell me something that I didnt need, unlike Acree, that tried to extort a $1,000 for a repair that wasnt even necessary.They would be my first call next time instead of a 2nd opinion! Ask for Tony!

Ierna replaced my water heater, garbage disposal, hot and cold valves in the laundry room, a toilet guts kit, and were able to bring my water softener back to life. Repairs were done in two day. First off, with this heat, IERNAS first concern was to ensure we had some relief from the heat with providing us with portable AC systems. I don’t leave lot of reviews but today I have to give Jessica Session 5 STARS!!!! She came out on a service call and immediately addressed the issue. Not only was she able to handle the issue with that particular unit but she went above and beyond by clearing out all of the drains for all of my HVAC. Nobody has ever done extra like this and I wanted to say thank you. She also gave me some helpful tips on a local filter company to save hundreds of dollars and cost of filters instead of ordering them online. This is a great technician and deserves five stars. So our AC went out in the middle of the night so I went on IERNA’s website and requested a service call for Sunday they responded quickly to let me know when I would have a service tech at my house. Victor was very professional and showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem and had the ac fixed quickly he also inspected the coil in the air handler and showed me it needed to be cleaned. After the work was completed he cleaned up the area with a professional touch. I will recommend this company to anyone I know.

My experiences with Ierna go back at least five or six years. Initially. We had an air conditioner that needed replacement and they came out the next day to get it done for a very competitive price. We have since had our second air conditioning unit replaced by them and a tankless hot water heater put in just months ago. Their maintenance people have always been honest and priced fairly. I have learned I can trust them to not just up sell me when they say I need something I really do. They honor their appointments and stand by their work. They do not hesitate to come out to work with you to make sure you are happy with your purchases. I have recommended them then to several friends and they have all had the same experiences. We have been a customer of IERNAS for many years now. We have had good and bad experiences. Today, I am reviewing this service transaction. When we phoned yesterday evening, George took our call. Super polite, found our account quickly, and explained he had everything he needed to dispatch as all I had to do was confirm what his screen showed him. My call was on a Friday night and I was worried I was going to pay a super high rate being the weekend, but nope, George assured me of the fee ahead of time for the trip and diagnosis. They were fully booked Friday evening but he could get someone out to our home early next morning. We got a call this morning letting us know we were on the route and would be first to be seen. The technician NICK arrived. He was personable, knowledgeable, well mannered, and quick in his diagnosis and resolution of the problem. Our AC was back in business in no time and we feel like we met a new friend. We feel like we can trust him and these days that is no small feat. IERNAS will do well to seek to imitate NICKs service approach and how he handles his customers.

So now, Im saving for the $10k-13k a/c unit as well as pay the $85 svc call chg AND the $125 for the drain cleanout. Usually, if you have someone like this come out, they apply the svc call charge to the total due when you have work done.... But apparently blowing out the line doesnt count as work being done. 😠

I gave them a time window to have someone here between 12-4pm and I was notified around 2:30 that he would be here at 3. I was pleased with the punctuality (albeit a 4 hour window lol). He diagnosed the problem within about 5 minutes and schooled me a little on what caused it and how to prevent it in the future. I was told it would be around $80 for the visit but it ended up being around $140. Didn’t get an explanation why but I also didn’t ask and frankly I didn’t care because my house was no longer a sauna. Thank you Jason for being timely, friendly, and efficient. But said being the system was 12 years old didnt think it was wise investing the money. He came out and explained everything step by step what was causing the issue and what he was gonna do to resolve this issue. What a WONderful Technicians I had fromIERNA’s today. I was scheduled for my maintenance visits for both Plumbing and AC.The AC Technician, Anthony White was so polite, and checked EVERYTHING out… and gave me an A+ report!!!The Plumber, Scott, checked EVERYTHING out, and did a couple of recommendations.He explained in layman’s terms what and why he felt that this work would need to be done…I’m really glad that IERNA’s has such professional and caring technicans…

I called in the morning to see if someone could help me with my air conditioner. It wasn’t working. I was only able to get an appointment for the next day. Within an hour they called back with a cancellation and told me someone could come today! Jose came to my house an hour earlier, so I didn’t have to wait in the heat. He was gone within an hour after fixing my ac fast and efficiently! He was very nice and professional and wore booties when in my house! Thank you for your help Jose!

Changing my Qualification from 1 to 5 , and this is why !I left my first review all the way below just for all you to know how dissatisfied I WAS, but have to be fair, this time it was great, they really care for their customer satisfaction, customer service called me back and they did right this time. The person on the phone (dont remember the name) was really gentle and understanding, she schedule a tech, as she said one of the best ones we have, I have to say that they, not only made it up, they sent a really good professional (now it turns to be the best expereience I had) Carlos showed up on time, reviewed and cleaned both coils and units and share why it is important to keep doing like this for unit maintanance, went through with me step by step explainning what was he doing in my unit and why, even he didnt have to.Have to say, if at first experience was bad, this second one its a solid 5 starts exceed expectations, Carlos was not only professional, but with a great personality, and really worry to get things done rigth, he complete the job last tech dindt, that was all I was asking for. His job speaks up for the company, I totally recomend if you contact IERNA ask for him, If Ierna let me ask for this technitian again, I will ,, when I service my unit next time.Old review:Mislead advertising on their services !! Called for clean and tune service and replace my UV light (paid $224) they asked several times If I wanted to join yearly service ($$), but l didnt, since I wanted to see the result of this first time service call and experience wich untill now its the worse I ever had.Service was on July 15th, Invoice and detail of service was supposed to be sent over my email, but technitian never did, so I wrote 2 emails to technitian asking for it, but never reply. Ended up calling their service department to ask for it, teller emailed me all info. I ask her why condenser coil wasnt cleaned , she replied its not part of the job, however invoice wroten by technitian says condenser coil cleaned as part of the job he performed. So I asked for the detail of the service I was supposed to receive for what I hire them , she sent me over the 21 points they were supposed to do and yes....condenser coil cleaning was part of the job...teller denied many times saying its only the exterior, tried to hang up on me because someone else on the line...but I refused until I am helped with my complain...then she put me on hold went to her files looking for a paper where it says its only outside condenser coil cleaning not condenser coil itself but didnt found it, so couldnt explain and hang up saying somebody else from service will call you...I keep waiting for the call....They insure will do 21 points inspections one of them (#7) clearly says cleaning of the condenser coil as part of the job ....actually after review 21 points one by one I realized many other were not performed, like Inspection of evaporator coil....(thecnitian NEVER inspected I was there with him the whole time and never took of evaporator coil cover to even look at it) ....condenser fan balance (he NEVED did since didnt even opened condenser fan mounted rack) ...filters inspection and replace ,if provided by customer, (NEVER DID, again I was there the whole time and also he would have need a latter to reach, wich he never did, and I ended up checking and replacing my filters this weekend) between other points I dont even know if he really did since I am not an expert.I called this company since I saw their reviews and was recommended , however ABSOLUTELY DISSATISFIED , MISLEADING ADVERTISING, will not only break customer trust but its also ILLEGAL !!

Rich soler did an inspection for my grandparents house to potentially replace the 15+ year old unit today and was not only a delight but very informative and professional. I feel more comfortable when I have all the facts and he took the time to explain what was wrong with my current unit and why everything did or did not need to be replaced in a way I could understand. He went over the different options they offer and helped me pick out a system that will provided much better quality of life for my grandfather who has some health issues. Thank you very much! Johnathan went beyond my expectations. He did a terrific job. A different air-conditioning service told me that I need a whole new system because I have a freon leak. Johnathan did a thorough check to see if I have a leak. There is no leak. Thats why I trust Ierna Air-conditioning. Johnathan was very honest and very patient. He explained how the components of the air conditioner work. He showed me how he tested for leaks and tested the pressure with his gauges. The other company was going to charge me for a new heating and air conditioning system in a excess of $10,000. Thank you Johnathan for being honest. Ierna will have my future aircontioning business.
