Their core values, noted on their website, shine through with each interaction weve experienced.Were especially grateful for their generosity, patience and understanding when translating our wants / needs during each phase (design, implementation and, most importantly, subsequent support). Its comforting to know that their support is dependable, knowledgeable and accessible even for our single story flat where requirements likely pale in comparison to others.We believe that their attention to detail, no matter the projects scope or scale, is commendable. Thats impressive while considering how challenging it must be for their staff to maintain an ever-changing knowledge base consistent with todays evolving technology.We recommend, at the very least, their consultation to determine whether the products and services they represent may be applied in your home.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Custom Electronics. We’ve had several complex projects regarding A/V and Security and Custom Electronics has been an invaluable resource in providing the exact solutions to our needs. Matt Hamm was the lead project manager and we couldn’t have been in better hands! He was always available to supply the exact resource necessary to accomplish the installations and training for all of the equipment. It was great working with custom electronics for all whole house music system.Kate, our salesperson, is awesome—she really took the time to explain everything and gave us a clear, reasonable quote.Dante and Zeke, our the technicians, are absolutely star. They did a great job with the electrical work and nailed the music system setup while making sure I understand as they were working on it. They even went the extra mile and fixed our wall-mounted TV, which had been installed at a weird angle by another company.We’re super happy with the results and definitely recommend Custom Electronic to anyone needing top-quality work!

The home we purchased had an already built in sound system installed by Custom Electronics. When we couldn’t figure out how to work or test it, Ronnie was fantastic coming out and helping us to problem shoot! We then decided we wanted to move the equipment closet and they came back (Donte and Axel) and quickly moved it, hooked us back up and we were ready to go. They are SUPER friendly, always willing to support their customers, and I highly recommend them!

We cant say anything but very positive things about Custom Electronics. We have been a customer for over 5 years. This week we had Max, Kate ans Justo on site for a Control 4 upgrade. They are a top notch crew. Extremely courteous, professional and very dilligent about every aspect of our system. They all so installed a Starlink for internet access and it all went smoothly. Excellent service, I highly reccomend.

Custom Electronics is an extraordinary company. Victor Gurel, the company owner, is one of most knowledgeable people about home automation and home electronics that Ive ever met. The service they provide is simply outstanding - they know what they are doing, they are extremely professional, and they deliver unparalleled quality in their work. Ive used Custom Electronics to set up our home network and media systems in two homes now - and I wouldnt use anyone else. He and his team have our highest recommendation.UPDATE (5/26/20): I dont know how many positive reviews that Im allowed to write for one company - but here goes! Was having an issue with our home network. Texted Custom Electronics over the weekend - and was on the phone with a technician this afternoon. He had already analyzed my network remotely and called one of their vendors to make sure that my equipment was optimized. Then, over the course of an hour, he identified the issue that was causing my network to be slow and eliminated it, which tripled my home network speed. These guys are absolutely the best, most professional tech guys Ive ever used - they are incredible!

I cant say enough good things about Custom Electronics, Inc. They installed our new alarm equipment at Mertins Eye & Optical. They provided expert advice, professional (and clean) installation, and state-of-the-art monitoring that sends detailed notifications to my phone/computer each time the alarm is armed/disarmed. Every employee I have dealt with from the project estimator to the installer to customer support (reset forgotten password), has provided a level of customer service that is rare these days.On top of simply being great at what they do, this is one of those local companies that really gives back to the community it serves, and does it quietly and humbly. Custom Electronics generously supports youth cycling in Northwest Arkansas and the Arkansas NICA League for high school mountain biking.So if youre looking for an alarm, home automation, or A/V company that does good work and does good in the world, I cant recommend Custom Electronics more highly.

We just moved into our new home and we worked with Kate on putting in our new alarm system. Not only did they do a great job but I called them about 3 days after and asked them to mount all of my TV’s. The very next day Zeke, Bruce, Abraham, Raul, Axel and Clemente all came out first thing in the morning and within 3 hrs they had it all up and running for me! We appreciate their customer service and follow through! Thanks to all of those fine folks!
