My entire experience, from my initial call, estimate appointment, to having the work done was nothing short of exemplary!My initial call was returned within an hour, had an appointment scheduled for an estimate the next day, and the work was scheduled just a couple of days after acceptance of the quote.The technician, Brian, was professional, knowledgeable, kept me informed of everything he was doing, really went above and beyond, and was just an all around kind and great guy.On top of all of this, I feel like the pricing was more than fair. Klostermann Electric was a great choice! They were recommended by a trusted friend (and real estate agent). I am new to home ownership, so I felt concerned that I wouldnt know what work was truly needed. The entire Klostermann team was fantastic - helping me to understand what was needed, what was nice (but not needed), and what was all set as is. In addition to some work on damage caused by a storm, I had Klostermanns team install an electric car outlet. They were patient with me on finding the best outdoor location, and were flexible when we needed to change a few pieces to the order.Caring people who are willing to explain their work made my experience extremely positive. I will use Klostermann again for any future electric needs. Highly recommended!

We recently did a kitchen and bath renovation in our old house and are so happy that our general contractor chose Klostermann Electric to do all the electrical work. Joe and his team are top-notch! We started a fairly large renovation project at our home and I had no idea what to expect. Joe came over and was great in easing my mind and walking me through the steps as we had other vendors involved. Our project lasted 2 1/2 months and between the office staff and the electricians, we were always in the know. They showed up on time every morning, they were professional and even cleaned up after themselves. One week we were away on vacation and felt completely comfortable letting the crew come work as it was clear they are extremely trustworthy. I cannot recommend this business enough to my friends and colleagues.

We recently bought a new house and had a host of electrical ‘to-do’ items. Joe was very helpful in diagnosing some of issues and provided honest assessments. We got a fair and transparent estimate and decided to move forward with Klostermann. Brendan and team were super professional, took the time to explain any issues they encountered and all of our different options. They worked very quickly and completed the project in just a few days. Everything was always clean and tidy before they went home at the end of each day. We are happy with the outcome and would definitely use Klostermann again!

The office manager, Ashley, was friendly and got us a quick date for an estimate. An email went out with the details of the date and time as a reminder. Joe, the owner, showed up on the date of the estimate on time. He did a thorough assessment and promptly sent us an estimate. After consideration of other options we chose this business to do the work and we are glad we did. An appointment was set up for the install and the electrician, Brian, arrived in a timely fashion. He was friendly, listened to our needs and went about the installation in an efficient and careful manner. This is an older house with some sketchy electrical work done by the previous owners. Now we can say all our new light fixtures are installed safely. We plan to use them for future jobs.

I just used this company for the first time and I was very impressed with everything….from the friendly responses on the phone to the quick, scheduling service and reasonable pricing, ( no traveling charges was a plus ! ). Also, Brian was my technician and he was great ! He arrived on time and spent all day here and never stopped for lunch. I recently needed to have an old knob and tube sub-panel replaced, and rather urgently. Klosterman was able to respond to my initial call the same business day, and provided me with a great plan to address the issue in a cost and time effective way. The crew that arrived to do the work was punctual, polite, and explained everything at every step. They did great work and left my home clean. Since I live in a home on the historic register, this was a a huge relief.This was also right in the middle of the CVID crisis, probably the last time you want a crew working in your home. The Klosterman crew addressed my concerns, respected social distancing as much as possible, and just generally made me and my family comfortable.Great work all around, I will definitely use them again.

This was our first time using Klostermann, and we were very pleased. From the initial phone call to request service to the actual work itself, we have only positive things to say. We were delighted that we could schedule a service quickly. Brian and his partner arrived on time, explained what they found and what our options were. They then left to pick up the new fixture, returned quickly and installed a new light fixture for our garage. I cannot evaluate their pricing, but I can say that they are polite, professional and efficient.

I got three quotes for the installation of MANY lights in my house (nearly 40 in all, with several switches), and Klostermann Electric was by far (about 40%) less expensive than the competitors. Saved me about $3,000! They were very professional and did a fantastic job. They even did some extra work, and when all was said and done, they left me with some spare parts just in case, and then charged me LESS than I expected! Couldnt recommend them more highly. The woman who works in the office, Ashley, was also very responsive and easy to deal with. Thank you! I will definitely be using this company for my next electrical project.

I hired Klostermann again to install eight ceiling lights in our Livingroom. They arrived on time, covered the floors with tarps, and wore boot coverings. They were careful about the placement and checked with us several times. At the end of the job, there was an issue with four lights not working with the type of WiFi dimmer I had. They checked with every supply house in the area and found some that were compatible. They went the extra mile for a satisfied customer.------------------------------------------------Klostermann Electric installed a standby generator for me. Joe was very good about getting back to us, always called prior to coming. His crew was thorough, timely, and polite. The installation required a propane tank and the propane company failed to schedule the plumbing inspection which cased a confusing delay.We were very pleased overall. We would hire Klostermann again; polite, punctual, honest, competent.
