We have a Husqvarna ride-on mower that would not start and needed a few repairs. Casons picked it up, called with a estimate and kept us informed of any addition problems they found while repairing it. The overall cost was very reasonable and the service was great. Highly recommend this company!

I purchased a rider mower a couple weeks ago the staff there is so helpful and knowledgeable their price BEAT the big box stores!!! and and knowing if I have any problems I will be talking to real people was a bonus Just purchased the bagger for it and again the price BEAT the big box stores again!!! This is the only store I will shop now for any power equipment. The people there are so nice

Highly recommend this place. I got there a little before closing and Wayne and Ellen were awesome. Wayne made sure to take the time to explain all the features of the new Echo Weed eater that takes attachments. Even though they were closed I didnt feel rushed out the door until all my questions were answered.

I bought a whole house generator about a year ago from colonial generator and they were very good , that is till I needed a repair .I emailed and called numerous times with no response . I ended up calling Generac direct , they said they would have a local dealer call me. Within 1/2 hour Tom called me and had Dusty out to solve my problem in about 2 hours , this from someone who I have never dealt with before ..AMAZING !!! They were both very friendly and professional. I wish I knew about them when I was shopping for generators.I look forward to dealing with them in the future ..My thanks to Casons.. Use them ,you wont be sorry.

Let me start off by saying Casons has taken care of my generator for many years and has been doing a great job. I have zero issues with Casons whatsoever, but I bought a brand new stihl ms251 chainsaw from here. Used it to cut down 4 very small trees. About 4 weeks later I try to start the saw and it wouldn’t start. I tried for 2 hours . I have all stihl equipment and I’ve never had a single issue like this. I needed to cut down some small trees because we’re having our driveway paved tomorrow. This chainsaw just ruined the day! Off to Lowe’s to buy another chainsaw .

From the get-go Tom Cason and Ellen were terrific. We put in motion; installation of a Generac (16KW) stand-by generator. We started the process at the beginning of June. Thank God we did because Casons is very busy. Our generator was installed today. We can now see why they are so busy.Dillon was the set-up man. He came out, right on time! He prepared and leveled the ground, laid down the pad, cleared the area where the generator was to come to rest. The following week the generator was delivered.Next, was Ricardo; the electrician. He showed up exactly on time. performed his work to perfection, cleaned up and on his way.Next was Andy; the plumber. Showed up exactly on time, did a splendid job, cleaned up and on his way. He returned with the towns plumbing inspector a couple of days later and everything is in perfect order.Next, Dusty; who brought the generator on line. He showed up exactly on time, explained the generator in great detail and took some extra time for us to link the generator with our WiFi connection.Last, but not least; the pricing was fair and very competitive. The final invoice was exactly as quoted when we started our contract.We would recommend our friends, neighbors and family to Casons in a nano second. Purchased a leaf blower here recently. Was the best sales experience I have had in a while. Me: I want the most powerful leaf blower you sell. Salesman with out saying a word grabbed a Stihl leaf blower and walked it to the front counter. I handed him my credit card and he ran it out back, started it and sent me on my way with some oil that doubled my warrantee. How the heck to you argue with that. The leaf blower is insane by the way! Cuts my time by more than half! I cant believe it.

THe entire staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Expert advice and service! (Don’t waste your time going to Lowe’s or Home Depot, like I did, and all for nothing! I ended up getting the correct parts within minutes at Cason’s!)
