We have been customers for years, both for whole-house generators and lawn equipment, and the team there has always been professional and courteous.Dan Rousseau went above and beyond for us today. After a strong thunderstorm knocked out power, the generator failed to start. Our battery was 3.5 years old and likely not strong enough. Dan tracked down a replacement, and stayed late on a Friday night so that I could pick it up. That is exceptional customer service! Thank you Dan and Casons Power!
