Weve had him come out twice to remedy a clog issue due to old pipes and he takes the time to figure out a solution and doesnt stop until the water is flowing properly. Speed Rooter is such a great company. We have had William and team help us with all of our move-in needs. From fixing old pipes and setting up dishwashers, all the way to running a trench, installing underground pipes, and building out a new sink line in our basement. Speed Rooter was wonderful! Fixed my moms floor furnace for a fraction of what another plumber quoted her. The others told her that she needed a new unit (over$900.00). Speed Rooter took care of the problem for, I think, $99.00. And the tech, Willie was so kind to my mom, who is 86 years old. Prompt, professional and kind. You cant beat that! Thank you so much!!!!

They were able to assess the situation within moments and had a solution. This particular issue was probably done in less than two hours total. They were very friendly and clear with regard to what needed to be fixed. I would highly recommend working with Brian and William for any plumbing needs. Looking forward to working with them again in the future. The pricing was also very reasonable!
