Just a couple days ago, we noticed water pooling beneath our sink. Upon inspection, I realized professional assistance was required, so I dialed up Jacob & Sons Plumbers. Much to my relief, a plumber called me back promptly and scheduled to arrive at our place by 8am the next day. True to his word, Justin showed up right on time. After assessing the problem, we decided that he would return the following morning at 7am to execute the repair. As expected, Justin was punctual and fixed the issue - the faucet was replaced, all leaks and drips were resolved. We left our house feeling secure about the plumbing situation. Every encounter Ive had with the team at Jacob & Sons Plumbers has been marked by professionalism, courtesy, and expertise. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing concerns.

The crew at this plumbing company is highly experienced and prompt. I made a call at 7:20 am and they managed to have Justin, one of their skilled plumbers, at my place in Los Angeles by 9. They were thoughtful enough to ring me 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know they were en route. They didnt overprice and did a superb job with our plumbing needs. We were the first to request this specific type of task from them, which involved repairing our septic pump. I would highly recommend their services. Justin was incredibly knowledgeable about the service we required and was more than willing to answer all my queries. The company is now under new management and has been providing excellent service. I hired jacob & sons plumbers to clean the sewer lines of a house im purchasing before getting a scope done. their flexibility and availability are excellent, and their pricing is fair. as a first time home buyer, i dont have a deep understanding of these things, but they didnt take advantage of me. they made sure to comprehend my needs before initiating any costly task. marc, the technician who came, was both professional and honest. another plumber who came later to do the scope complimented their work, saying hed be recommending his customers to the same service.

Several years back, we were grappling with one plumbing issue after another. we had tried various plumbing repair services, but my wife and i were never completely satisfied. then one day, we faced an issue with a leaky shower. we decided to take a chance on a small advertisement we found online for a plumbing service, nothing flashy. i told my wife it couldnt possibly be worse than our previous experiences. i dialed the number that morning and to my surprise, justin was there within a few hours. even though the issue wasnt an emergency, justins professionalism indicated that to him, every problem is equally important. he swiftly resolved the issue and charged a very reasonable rate. justins passion for his work was evident. since that day, whenever we need a plumber, we immediately call on justin for his outstanding service, excellent rates, and expert plumbing. we have yet to find a more reliable plumber.

Justin showed up punctually and handled himself with professionalism. Given the significant cost of servicing a 14-year-old gas hot water heater with an uncertain lifespan, I chose to get it replaced, despite the higher price tag. justin and his partner, braxton, got straight to work and managed to install a brand new water heater in a span of three hours. They also took care of removing the old unit. The entire plumbing task was executed in a highly professional manner, leaving me quite pleased with their stellar performance. i am thoroughly satisfied.

Justin and braxton were exceptional! im extremely pleased with the plumbing work they completed for us. initially, we were having issues with our bathroom plumbing and general water usage. however, they both stayed and ensured everything was functioning correctly before they left. they even took care of the cleanup, removing all the debris, and leaving our los angeles property spotless. both of them were courteous to me and respectful of our property. i wont hesitate to call on them for future plumbing needs. a big thank you to both for a job well done!

Marc was my plumber - he was diligent in explaining what they did. He was also mentoring another plumber, justin, and was teaching him the ropes. I was grateful for his promptness, he arrived when he promised. Though I initially wanted them at 7pm the previous evening, Jacob & Sons Plumbers dont work in the evening. If I require a plumber in the future, I would prefer marc! Please take note of it. Oh, he and my mastiff had a great rapport. I have a large dog who can be a handful when guests visit. But there were no issues when marc and justin were there. Thanks for your service, Los Angeles.

Don and his guys came to our house to fix an annoying leak in the back/guest house a few years back. Other Plumbers couldnt locate the problem, it was very frustrating. Don and his guys found the source and it wasnt an easy job but they delivered and we havent had any issues with that back house leak ever since! They really did an amazing job and we called them again to install a new toilet, no problem. I recently even referred Don Lollar to my parents house for a leaky kitchen sink & new trash disposal install. We were able to get an appt the very next day and, as expected, they did a wonderful job. Nothing but positive things to say about Don, his guys and the ladies that schedule & answer the calls. Very professional & knowledgeable. My family & I are thankful to have a trustworthy Plumbing service to call on. Highly recommend.

After moving into an older house, I started dealing with serious sewer issues. Id previously used other plumbers who misdiagnosed the problem and offered ineffective solutions. But then I got in touch with Jacob & Sons Plumbers, and they immediately identified the problem and knew how to address it correctly. They installed liners in some of the old cast iron pipes beneath my house and applied an epoxy coat to a lengthy laundry line under the slab. They also replaced parts of the severely damaged cast iron with PVC. Marc, Braxton, and Justin were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Their work provided me with a durable, new sewer system, saving me from having to dismantle my entire house. Jacob & Sons Plumbers is definitely the place to call for sewer repairs!

Braxton and justin were fantastic. they promptly responded to my call and arrived at our place in no time. working with them was a breeze. they successfully unclogged our drain that was creating substantial problems in our basement. they even provided us with useful information about our septic tank, as we were unfamiliar with its operation. their approach was transparent, honest, and reasonable. their work was executed proficiently and professionally. braxton is a very approachable person, and both of them displayed extensive knowledge. we will undoubtedly be calling upon their services again if we encounter any issues. much appreciated!

Ive got to say, i had a pretty decent time. Justin stepped in to swap out the old water line going to my fridges ice maker with a fresh, braided one. Not only that, but he also repositioned the shutoff valve so its not concealed behind a cold air vent anymore. He was quick and provided good service. Definitely would suggest Jacob & Sons Plumbers in Los Angeles!
