    I recommend Alex and 24/7 Rooter Service wholeheartedly. I recently had to use 24/7 Rooter Service on two separate occasions, once on on a Sunday (it was during Memorial Weekend) where the toilet wasnt working, and on a weekday after 4-5pm. Alex saved the day on both occassions and he was able to arrive within an hour or two of the initial phone call! I was so relieved b/c it was so difficulted to find a plumber who was willing to come out on a weekend, much less a Memorial Day weekend. Another thing I was extremely satisfied about was that when you call, you can speak to the owner/operator directly. So many other plumbing companies force you to go through a call center where they have to check the availability of the plumber nearby (understandably so) and get back to you, which causes a delay when your faucet is continuously leaking or when you have to go to the bathroom. Another reason why I am extremely satifsfied is that Alex will take the time to explain to you (in plain English) what the current problem is, what is causing the current problem, and how to efficiently repair that problem. This is very beneficial b/c so many other plumbers dont take the time to explain to you and walk you through the process. I am extremely satisfied with his customer service, promptness, competency, and professionalism. I would recommend 24/7 Rooter Service to anyone and everyone.

    Alex was so so helpful. I called him around midnight to see if he could help me with my water heater, he tried to troubleshot over the phone but then came first thing in the morning and figured out the issue and fixed it. I’m so grateful!!! Can’t recommend them enough!

    I called 24/7 Rooter Service when both my toilets backed up and my fears of a backed up mainline made me very anxious. I had called another plumber but they were busy and short staffed because it was a holiday (Columbus Day). Alex answered the phone himself and after I described the problem, he said not to worry and he will be at my house between 6 to 7. It was 5:30 when I called and sure enough at 6:15 he rang the door bell. He was very calm and patient and did an amazing job taking care of the problem which was roots at the junction of my inside pipes to the outside. He did a video of the line before and after and the results were amazing. He now has a costumer for life. He is a kind of person who exudes confidence and yet has a very calm and humble presence. I give him my highest recommendation. Thank you for saving the day.

    I own a bar in Hollywood and an hour before we were to have our grand opening party, our water shut off. Got on the phone with Alex and he was over within 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem and had us up and running before showtime. We figured out it was a problem with the neighbors water affecting us, so him and his partner were able to get over there and fix it for us.     Just had an excellent experience with 24/7 Rooter/Conover Plumbing! The bathtub suddenly started back-filling with graywater and our own 8-foot snake couldnt reach the problem. I saw the great reviews and that theyre a small local company, so I gave them a call.I spoke with Alex, who was very professional and clear. He gave me a price range based on our need but warned that it would depend what the issue was, all very reasonable. He said they were on a job now but would be able to send a tech over within a few hours. Since it was a Saturday morning, I was thrilled - I worried it might not be fixed until Monday!In fact, they showed up earlier than anticipated! Our technician, Eric, was fantastic! He diagnosed the problem ASAP, but also checked our other lines just to be thorough and ensure there wouldnt be surpises later on. We opted for their more intense Hydro-Jet option rather than the standard rooter, since it had been a really long time since our pipes had been cleaned. Eric was able to find the best access point under our deck with no difficulty and the service was over before you know it. The price was fair and on par with what Alex said on the phone, plus the tech told me the price before he started working, so no surprises.All said, they did an A+ service, were quick, responsive, honest, and fair. Im definitely keeping their number on hand for the future!
