    We just moved in to a new house and had a flood. Our contractor recommended Nautilus and we could not be more pleased with the service. Sergio and Vela came out and were so professional, thorough, efficient and informed. They told us exactly what the problem was, what the repair would be and how much it would cost with labor and parts. They didn’t charge us for the assessment and diagnosis which was incredibly generous. We hope we don’t have any more plumbing problems, but if we do, Nautilus will be our first call. Thank you!

    I recently had extensive plumbing work done on my new property, and Im incredibly pleased with the service provided by Nautilus Plumbing. They took care of a wide range of issues, including sewer work, water heater maintenance, addressing long-standing temporary fixes, and dealing with old cast iron and clay pipes. I chose Nautilus Plumbing to handle these concerns and couldnt be happier with the results.The plumbers from Nautilus are not only skilled at what they do but also very considerate. The quality of their work is exceptional. Bella, in particular, was incredibly thorough, making sure that I was fully informed about everything related to my property. Juan, Jovani, and Jesse were also involved in various stages of the projects, and each time they delivered outstanding work. Despite the scale of the projects, the work was completed at a quick pace without ever feeling rushed. It was also evident that the plumbers enjoyed working together, and their camaraderie was a pleasure.Nautilus Plumbing not only helped me understand the plumbing issues and the available solutions but also carried out the work efficiently and meticulously.     Jesse from Nautilus came by very quickly, did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem (a broken garbage disposal causing a leak under the sink). These guys have helped me out in a pinch a number of times and they are my go-to for any plumbing problem.

    My husband and I had a serious plumbing issue and ended up having to cancel our wedding anniversary plans to go away for the weekend. The water from the kitchen sink suddenly stopped and Nautilus Plumbing came out for an inspection and not only identified the problem immediately, but said they were able to take care of it the next day. It is important to note that this happened on a Saturday, during Labor Day weekend. While it did take the entire day, they were able to dig up and replace the front pipes to the main waterline, as well as replace the kitchen sink. We had just replaced the sink 2 years ago but they were able to get a newer model of the one we had installed. Additionally, Nautilus Plumbing had to come back a few days later to patch up the hole, and redo the cement on the sidewalk but overall, it was pretty seamless. When they showed us the pipes, we thought they had a log in their hand. I honestly dont even know how ANY water got through! The next day, we had a plumbing issue with the toilet and they came out and addressed that issue as well. Overall, we are very pleased with their service and if any other issues arise, we know for sure who we will contact!

    I had my toilet overflowing. I called Nautilus and the office was so kind and helpful and even taught me over the phone how to turn off the water to my toilet. Bella informed she would have technicians dispatched promptly and they showed up 20 minutes later. Sergio and Bella were efficient and identified the cause of the clogged toilet and cleared the line. I definitely recommend Nautilus Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, I will be reaching out again for any future servicing.

    Sergio and Alberto came over this morning to help with a leaking shower tub spout and they were fast, courteous and super helpful. Their 40 years of experience really showed, and Sergio also was able to give a lot of insight on the plumbing in my house even beyond just the tub spout they originally came to help with as well.     We had Nautilus come out and do some much needed work -- they gave us a great estimate for a complex sewer problem and helped install our washer and dryer on a separate occasion. They give free estimates and Sergio specifically is a great, honest guy, and knowledgable and good at his job. Would recommend to anyone! Five Stars!

    This is a honest plumbing company. We reached out to dozens of plumbing companies when we had a active water leak. Only they responded within 30 minutes. They dispatched the father daughter team that located the leak, and remained on the job for over 5 hours until the job was done. It is refreshing to find a truly honest family business that has brand new vehicles, loaded with all the tools needed to complete any job. They care and have integrity, which is rare. We recommend them and will use them again.

    Nautilus Plumbing was fantastic. 11 out of 10 experience!It was easy to schedule an appointment. The scheduler/call operator was very pleasant to speak with. Anthony and Yehvony, the servicemen who helped me, arrived on time. They were gentleman – very polite and well spoken. They assessed the job I contacted Nautilus for and provided a cost estimate for the work, reviewing it with me before starting. There was no ambiguity.While Anthony and Yehvony were here I asked them to investigate 2 other issues which were not related to what I scheduled the original service appointment for. They were very polite, estimated the work, reviewed the details with me and completed the 2 additional jobs while they were here.I cannot recommend Nautilus Plumbing enough. This should be the go-to Plumbing company for anyone who lives in the Los Feliz area!

    I woke up Sunday morning to no hot water. After failing to light the pilot light, I called around, but no one had immediate availability. I requested an appointment with Nautilus online and it was confirmed shortly after. The guys arrived early the next day to check out the current system. They explained the issue with my gas heater very clearly (broken part), without pushing any additional work or upgrades. After they left, I called back to inquire about pulling the trigger on a tankless heater instead, and again, the team showed up within the hour to get that measured and quoted. We ended up going tankless, and the install was scheduled for the next day. The work was clean, the team was professional, and the tankless heater looks/works great. Id recommend Nautilus to anyone - especially those with little knowledge or experience re: plumbing.

    Just excellent. I had never called an emergency/24-hour plumber before and I reached Jake at 11pm on a Saturday who walked me through some best-practices to set up my plumbing issue for his team. Sergio and Henry came first thing in the morning the following Monday, arriving early, took 10 minutes to fix the problem having clearly stated the price for the work and any incremental rises should problems occur. An absolutely 100% experience and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

    Amazing! I called Nautilus Plumbing expecting to schedule an appointment in a week and to my amazement they had someone at my house in 30 minutes. Ive had two plumbers talk to me about the problem I was having with my water pressure, but they were too afraid to touch anything. Sergio arrived, got the details from me and dug right in. Within 15 minutes he was able to tell me what was causing the problem. He then ran out and picked up the part and within an hour my plumbing was fixed. I had been dealing this this problem for almost a year. I am so excited to have found this company.

    Called them for a plumbing issue I had at my apartment and they scheduled a plumber that day. Not only were they on time but they called me 5 minutes early saying that they were there. They had the job done quickly and businesslike and I cant complain about their service in the least. Only one problem, moderately expensive but worth the price. I would gladly recommend Nautilus to any friends in my area.

    This is the third time Ive used Nautilus. This time was to install a new water heater at my Los Feliz home. As before, I found the Nautilus plumbers to be highly knowledgeable & skilled. Fernando & assistant know what they are doing, & Im happy w/ my heater. Their prices were competitive. Their office staffer, Rosie, was also very helpful & knowledgeable on the phone when I had questions re obtaining a City permit for the heater. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

    After 2 other plumbing companies came and made a mess before quoting us $1800 and telling us they needed to rip out the walls and rip up the deck, Jesus showed up and took care of the problem in a few minutes. He used a clever technique to solve the problem, ensured that the problem was completely solved via various tests, and was on his way. He was friendly and courteous and no-nonsense and wasnt trying to upsell me on work we didnt need. It was $120 total. We could not be more pleased with this experience, and well be calling Nautilus first from now on!

    Quick and professional response to my home plumbing disaster. Pleasant on the phone, promised to arrive within the hour (and did), fixed everything in 40 minutes and left it all cleaned up. Sergio was top notch. They came recommended and I am fully comfortable recommending them to anyone else. If youre in Los Feliz/Silver Lake area Nautilus should be the only plumber on your list.

    Wow... amazing. I called this company LAST MINUTE because ORIGINALLY we scheduled a a DIFFERENT Plummer to visit today at 12PM with another company.... the time being 4:08PM, and they are still not here... they told us 30 min, 40 min, and then another 30 min 40 min...ANYWAY I CALLED NAUTILUS PLUMMING and I told them the situation of our kitchen sink leak... and how the original Plummer has still not shown up... and they had a 5-6PM slot open.. but could see if they can come out earlier. I received a call 10 min after scheduling and was told they could come out in 15 minutes... and they showed up EXACTLY on time!!! I am SO HAPPY.... I want to almost cry.. lol... anyway I recommend this company 100 percent!!!
