A O Smith hot water heater began leaking just before Christmas. Streamline replaced it the same day I called with the exact same model. Did a good job.Two negatives to mention: the old one only lasted 9.5 years and the new one cost more than twice as much as the old (also Streamline). Im not pointing to Streamline as a villain but just reporting how much costs really have risen.

I thought I had a plumbing problem. I called Streamline and they were out within an hour. Tyler was incredibly friendly and easy-going and didn’t make fun of me when it turned out I actually didn’t have a plumbing problem. Such patience! I highly recommend this company. There is no question I will be calling them in the future for their services.

I was very pleased that a plumber was available to check a leaking washing machine the next day morning after I called.. Robert was on time and confirmed what we thought the problem was. He helped us make the best use of his time to stay within a one hour service call and even checked other areas of the house and appliances and answered questions unrelated to the washing machine issue. I’m very pleased with the service.

Needed to verify the water service line material from the street to the house for the Town of Lyons. Robert Q arrived on time for the inspection. He inspected the service line from the street to the meter pit in front of the house and the water line from the meter pit to the house. No lead or galvanized pipe was found. Robert also inspected the water connections under the house in the cross basement finding no lead/galvanized piping, mostly PVC and rather new. After all I do have 18 closed building permits on this house. He felt confident in his findings and definitely put my mind at ease!Thank You
