I called with a shower squealing issue. He was very friendly and helpful. He convinced me what the problem was and how to fix it myself. He didn’t have to be so helpful but thank god he was. He saved me hundreds of dollars. He could have easily come out and fixed the problem and charged me but instead coached me through the fixit job. My new go to plumber. Honesty is the best policy. You can’t go wrong. Thank you so much.

Started a supposedly simple DIY faucet replacement today and ran into issues with cracked CPVC pipe at the valve. Marvin was not able to come and fix the problem on a Saturday but went above and beyond to help me perform the necessary repairs by guiding me over the phone through text, pictures, and voice. He verified with me when I went to the store to buy parts that they were correct and provided clear and concise instructions on what needed to be done. The end result is that the broken pipe at the valve is repaired with a new valve and our new faucet is installed and working as expected. Thank you so very much for your assistance. We have plumbing projects at home and will definitely be contacting Marvin and Pro Service Co in the future.
