Spectacular experience with Innovations Mechanical replacing our old tankless water heaters. From scheduling to service, we were kept well informed. Communication from Danielle in the office was great. Derek and Patrick are obviously expert at their craft. Job site left spotless. I give Innovations Mechanical my absolute highest recommendation and will call them with any of our future plumbing needs.

This is the kind of company I like to work with where the owner is doing the work. Derek (the owner) is awesome. He really knows the mechanics and engineering behind the systems he installs and services. He is courteous, prompt and reliable. He completed a boiler installation for me yesterday. He and his helper arrived on time at 10 AM and left at 10 PM when the job was 100% done. Who does that? Very few people if any. I highly recommend Innovations Mechanical.

I have upgraded my house with a new high efficiency furnace, on demand water heater and central air-conditioning in the past two years. Derek did all the removal and installation on the three systems. He is very innovative in problem solving and the quality of his work is excellent. He is very knowledgable on new technology and has solid experience repairing older equipment as well. He takes the time to insure the job is done correctly and to your satisfaction.

Derek replaced my 30 year old furnace with a new 96% efficiency furnace. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, timely, and friendly. He took the time to answer questions and concerns. He was very thorough and efficient in his work. The furnace works great and I’m already saving money on my energy bill. I will use Innovations Mechanical for my HVAC and plumbing needs.

Derek was extremely kind, knowledgable and informative. We had a recirculation pump on our boiler go out, along with the expansion tank and he diagnosed the issue immediately and knocked the repair out with both great skill and a quickness! Derek is very knowledgeable about the many aspects of HVAC and plumbing. He installed my home furnace and A/C as well as my tankless water heater. He’s also diagnosed and repaired the Natural Gas heater in my garage and completed a tune up on my home heating system. I highly recommend him.
