    Our septic system backed up on a Friday. No water going into the weekend was not going to be good news. We were able to get an appointment with Plumbing Express on Saturday 12-2pm. We did have another local company come out the same day for an estimate. The quote was a bit high. Saturday late morning we were given a text update with the estimated arrival of Jason our technician. We were even able to track his arrival through a text message link. When he arrived he was quick, knowledgeable, and professional. The price was almost half of the other companys quote. Jason had our problem solved in no time. I would recommend Plumbing Express to anyone looking for a local company to solve their plumbing needs!

    We had a wonderful experience with The Plumbing Express! They were able to schedule us same day, Jason handled all of our plumbing issues (shower heads and garbage disposal replacement), the guys respected our property, cleaned up behind themselves, and were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly!     My experience with The Plumbing Express is probably the best plumbing experience Ive ever had - in both my personal plumbing transactions and my Realtor plumbing transactions. Over the course of my life and real estate career, Ive worked with dozens and dozens and dozens of plumbing companies. This one takes the blue ribbon! They actually show up ON TIME. Their communication skills are amazing. You are never left to wonder what will happen next. You dont have to call them to find out what is going on with your particular issue. They send out follow up emails every day of the job, and they send out emails to let you know what will happen the next day. They explain everything in person, as well. There are no surprise fees anywhere. I was just tremendously impressed with how this company treats its clients. In my particular case, it was a multi-day job, due to a broken water line underground. It required county permits and special equipment. Plumbing Express handled everything. They even did a temporary fix so I could have running water over the weekend. They went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible. And upon completion, they even asked if there was anything they could have done better. This is a great sign in a company and in a person. This shows they want to learn and grow and improve in any way possible. The are not content to be just mediocre or average. Their clients REALLY matter to them. Try them once, and I suspect youll never use another plumbing company again.

    Michael is everything I could hope to expect from a classically trained Master Plumber.Ultimately, my well just needed a shock, but the entire time he was here, this man generously spent the time to educate me on everything we had going on and layout a future plan of action.     I called The Plumbing Express today with the problem of a cracked toilet and flappers that need to be installed. We already had the parts on hand, but within an hour Jason was here and my plumbing problems are already fixed! I am positive I’ve never had such a wonderful experience with any repair in my life!     Highly recommend The Plumbing Express. I had a broken sump pump and they were able to schedule right away and offered a competitive price. Technicians arrived on time, were friendly and professional. They explained all possible options and suggested replacement for what fit my needs. There was No pressure sales tactics at all! While they were here I asked if they could look at a loose toilet and a few other items listed on my inspection report. They checked everything for me and all agreed repairs, including the sump pump, were done on the spot. I can not say enough great things about the level of service received. It was exceptional. Jason and Jay were the technicians and they were knowledgeable, didnt mind my crazy dogs, friendly, and professional. Overall best service experience.

    Our family is SO grateful to Plumbing Express for the installation of our new well pump and pressure tank after we discovered we had no water. Jason and his apprentice, James, came and took care of everything for us so that we had water by this evening (I called Plumbing Express this morning!).     We have been working with Mike for 7 years now and even followed him from his previous company because of the quality of service he provides. The Plumbing Express is our ONLY call when it comes to anything plumbing related. They have installed new sinks for our basement bar & kitchen, installed a dishwasher, changed faucets, worked on our tankless hot water heater and always conduct our annual water treatment system preventative maintenance.My husband and I are very particular about our home...especially when it comes to cleanliness and taking care of everything overall (walls, counters, floors, etc). The Plumbing Express always takes the UTMOST care when they come...the extra measures really put our mind at ease. Before they even come inside, they put down an outdoor mat so that they can pause to put on booties over their shoes before entering your home. They also cover all counter tops/flat surfaces before putting down their water testing kits to prevent unintended scratches, gouges and messes.My husband and I can rest at ease knowing that Mike and The Plumbing Express team will arrive on time, get the job done right and take care of our home just as we would.

    Plumbing Express came out to replace our kitchen faucet the next day after we found a new replacement. Jason and James replaced it with no worries except the faucet we bought from Kohler had a defective part in it. Jason got ahold of Kohler and explained to them so they sent another to our house. That same day Mike called Jason and he sent James out the same day to replace it. Great service, response and great people. A+++

    I have used The Plumbing Express several times over the last couple of years. My home is almost 20 years old and we have had to replace a few things. We finished our basement a few months ago and added a full bath. Michael is honest, professional, and kind. His wife Jenn helps run the business.     The Plumbing Express came to our rescue by removing an old cast iron tub and replacing it with a brand new fiberglass tub. The whole team was very knowledgable from start to finish. Jen was always at the ready to answer any questions and kept us advised about arrival time, estimates and other questions. Curtis and his helper were very professional and very respectful of our home. They were on time and completed the process in a day, even doing a super job of cleaning up after themselves.     This is the only plumbing company I will ever use! The most knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair priced and kind service in the business. Michael saved us thousands of dollars and a huge headache by diagnosing a problem with our well about a year ago. Several plumbers couldnt figure it out but Michael did. Jenn reached out soon after placing a request and had our consultation scheduled for the same day and the repair/replacement in the same week. Curtis and James were prompt all 3 days and Jenn sent updates each day with when they would arrive. Micheal also called and stopped by to make sure things were going well. They were comfortable with my dogs which made it easier for both the technicians and dogs to go in and out as needed. Curtis was professional in all conversations and did his best to explain things in a way that I would understand. I never felt uncomfortable with them in my home which was great.     We had a little bit of a toilet leaking situation that was a out of our comfort zone for diy repair so we called the Plumbing Express and luckily enough they had availability next day!     After battling with my Home Warranty company, and dealing with a dead sewage pump, for 5 days, Michael came out first thing in the am. Quickly diagnosed the issue.     The Plumbing Express is well known in the area that I live. I always see them being recommended for any plumbing job that anyone is looking to get done. We recently got a very big water bill so we called for service. Michael came out and found the issue very quickly. To make sure that this was the extent of the problem he checked all the toilets in the household and the outside water meter which indicated that the toilet in the half bath was the culprit. He also noted that there were numerous cracks in the porcelain of the toilet bowl that werent something I had even noticed. They didn’t not accept tips and even offered coffee or hot chocolate and they said “no thank you. They were just wanting to help others which is greatly appreciated because it would of taken me awhile to shovel this heavy snow from my driveway. We need more kind people like this in the world!I definitely recommend this company!

    Mike is fantastic. I have used him for multiple jobs including replacement of a bored well pump, relocation of main plumbing service, new supply lines for two outside hose bibs, new shower head and tub faucet, and installing a garbage disposal. He is super professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and an all around good guy. He is also very particular about being on time and doing what he says he will do.     I had a leak in a pipe making a mess and had to shut off my water until it could be fix. I called Plumbing Express and they came frist thing this morning . Curtis and his helper were great, was on time, knowledgeable and fast . Curtis had it all fixed and my water back on in less than 40 minutes .     Our well pump died. Actually Culpeper Service contacted Plumbing Express for me as they were not able to do the repair. Plumbing Express was here in about 30 minutes. Replaced the pump, checked all indoor plumbing and even replaced the faucet screens and tightened two faucet handles. I would recommend this company if you need a plumber.

    This is the second time Mike has replaced bathroom faucets in my house. His attention to detail and knowledge is superior to anyone I have ever dealt with. He added new water shut off valves under the sink without even being asked. He replaced all the rough-in pipes and PTrap using all of the latest and greatest parts. When he installed the faucets he even cleaned out the overflow drain, that most people don’t even know is there, so that the sink would drain faster. Everything puttied, sealed and secure. He also took the time to explain/show me how to replace the Roman Tub Moen trim kit. The guy even put the bathroom rug back down when he was finished. There is no one nicer than him and Jen, she is the wifey who also dog sits for us on occasion. If you use another plumbing company your just plain stupid. Thanks Mike & Jen
