    1st of 2 job visits: Shawn and Brandon did an amazing work on the new water heater installation. Both were very informative with what items were needed and explained the process thoroughly. And they showed courtesy and politeness as they completed the repair and installation work. I highly recommend their plumbing service.

    I was extremely pleased with Shawn who replaced an old refrigerator water valve. He was very courteous, professional and has great customer service. I received a few other estimates and his was the lowest. If I ever need plumbing services in the future I will definitely be contacting Shawn.

    I just moved into an older home and we had plumbing issues immediately. We were referred to Shawn through our home warranty company and he did an excellent job with the repairs. Based on my experience I would recommend Shawn for any plumbing work.The job was not easy as he and Brandon had to replace all the old cast iron plumbing in the interior of the home. This involved a lot of cutting and working around the HVAC system, in addition to pulling both toilets to replace the flanges. They also had to cut into the ceiling to replace the piping to the tub in the second bathroom.The job was bigger than expected but Shawn worked closely with the warranty company to get the work done. He was also honest and straightforward with me in making decisions on the work. On the second day, he arrived before 7 am to make sure that he got all the work done so the plumbing would be in working order by the end of the second day.It has now been several days since the work was complete and there have been no issues. Given that this was a major plumbing repair, I would highly recommend Shawn for any plumbing need you have.

    Shawn and his assistant Brandon were true professionals. They did an excellent job of installing my tankless hot water heater, which is very hard getting your average plumber to do. The process was very quick, to include the removal of the old unit. Top quality work, my system looks and works great. If I ever have a plumbing problem in the future - I’m calling Shawn!

    Shawn came to my house because my kitchen faucet was leaking. When he came to my home and gave me a free plumbing inspection he brought numerous things to my attention that I had no idea was wrong. My house is 40 years old and a lot of the plumbing work was not up to code anymore. Shawn gave me several options for repair. I decided to go with the top option and get everything fixed at once. I got more discounts because I did more items he suggested. The work was very professional and he was very thorough and clean. He was very nice to my children and very patient with them and all the questions they would ask him. The tankless heater he installed is amazing and I would never go back to a tank type of heater. I would highly reccomend Shawns plumbing service to my friends and family. I wish I could give him 10 stars!!!

    Shawn was great...our water heater failed, but was under a home warranty. Shawn successfully dealt with the warranty folks and got through their administrative hurdles to get us what we needed, not just what they wanted to provide. He was proactive and was up front with us about the install and the things that were needed beyond the warranty (overflow pan and expansion tank - things I was already going to insist on) and made sure we knew what it would cost. Will recommend him to anyone.

    I had a bad sewage emergency over the weekend. My insurance contacted Shawn and he came on the double. He assessed the problem immediately and got to work. He worked hard all weekend and was able to fix this huge problem. He worked with my insurance company and kept me informed of every move. Pleasant, hard working, knowledgeable, and prompt.     Originally contacted Shawn plumbing for a repair of leaking toilets. After recents storms my sump pump stopped working which flooded my finished basement with over a foot of water. Shawn came over within a couple of hours with a new sump pump. Within a couple of hours my basement was almost completely drained. Shawn also installed a new water heater the next afternoon to replace the one damaged in the flood. Shawn understood that I was in a bind, and needed some help. His quick response and professional installations was the key to overcoming my flooded basement. I would highly recommend Shawn plumbing for any your plumbing needs. Shawn really cares about the homeowners needs.

    Shawn installed a water treatment system in my house. I enjoyed the fact that Shawn could have been like other companies and sold me what I didnt need just to make them more money, but he ddnt. He sold me a system fior what my specific water needed. Very professional, courteous, friendly and thorough.He also went above and beyond by removing and disposing the old water system tanks that were previously installed in the house by another comoany that did nothing for our water.     We had a problem installing our new gas range and the old gas connection line and didn’t want to mess with it. Shawn responded to our online request within a few hours and was there the next day (would have been the same day I didn’t submit the request until after 5pm).     This is a top notch business. I had a badly clogged culvert. They did not quit until they had fixed the issue. Sounds simple — it was anything but simple — requiring innovative techniques on their part to clear out mud, gravel, leaves and a root system from a 14” diameter culvert. They were professional.
