T&G had a guy come out same day to replace my water heater. He showed up on time, accessed what was needed, and came back within an hour with everything required to take care of the install. Also, the work space where the heater is located was left exactly as before the work. I was very impressed with this small touch as Ive had to clean up work areas after other work has been done around the house. Overall, 5 star

Would give 10 stars if it would let me. Super great experience. Both times. My mother in law lives in McDonough. She was very worried about who would be coming to her house and if they would charge her correctly.This is the second time we have used them. She loved them. Said they were very kind to her. I checked pricing and they were much lower than anyone. They were on time and came the day after we called.Highly recommend. Thank you for the great service and for exceeding all of our expectations.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

7/9 Originally JJ was going to do our repair but got tied up on another job and called Frankie to help us,JJ very polite and professional. Thanks to Frankie working hard and getting a water leak repaired at my brothers home,he had crawl under a trailer and it was hot! He was very sweet and to my autistic brother who lives in the home. He was friendly and kept me informed every step of the repair process. T &,G plumbing you have a gem in Frankie.

I called T&G one day and got service the VERY next morning. The guys who arrived on site were friendly, & knowledgeable. They checked my plumbing from head to toe & I am extremely satisfied with the service these two provided to me. I will definitely be handing out their business cards to any and all friends and family. I will be using them exclusively going forward and highly recommend them to anyone wanting knowledgeable and fair prices for plumbing in their homes. Thanks again for a job well done T & G.

Have used this company a few times. Will try and come out same day as you call to fix a problem. Gage was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me and my husband. Our water heater went out and when the new one turned out to be a lemon Gage was back replacing it for us. He is a great assest to this company and very professional. I will only ask for Gage from here on out to help us! Only reason I gave this company 4 stars instead of 5 is because communication was poor between on call plumber and person taking calls on the weekend were not returning my calls. I called at 1030 in the morning on a Saturday and had to call back 6 hours later because no one had returned my call and then still no call back until plumber was on his way at 7pm. Wasted an entire Saturday waiting and then still didnt fix the problem. Do not recommend Jeff at this company.

Amazing!!!! I have had issues for over a month with sewage back up....they fixed the problem the first time! Unfortunately they had to come back——and use a scope to see why there was still an issue. They were able to locate tile in the pipes that was blocking the pipes, which caused the sewage back up into the house! Zach was Super professional and very hardworking! I completely recommend them........I don’t know what we would of done had Zach not accomplished what he did. I can not thank you enough for helping us!!
