Mr. Kenneth is God’s gift to plumbing! We are truly blessed to have him servicing our area. He’s truly one of the most respectful and professional plumbers I’ve ever met and had an experience with. He provided my family and myself with a free estimate and prompt service following his initial assessment. He noticed a water leak at the fault of the county that I believe had been leaking for months. To be candid, we had an older car in our garage and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get the car out of the garage. (It wouldn’t start and the tires were flat!!) His prices are fair (wonderful, in my opinion) and he is about his business! Again, he’s quick and has kept his word all day! We couldn’t ask for anyone better and would give him business again.

Kenneth was awesome! I was dealing with a knocking sound anytime a faucet was turned on for almost 3 years. I googled plumbing near me and found Plumbing Rite and based on the reviews I decided to give them a call. I described the issue I was having and Kenneth immediately knew what I was talking about and said he could fix it. We agreed on a time, he came and looked at the pressure on the water heater, advised me the cost for the job and came back and installed the new part. The job was completed on November 4, 2021 and havent had any issues or knocking sounds since!!! As advised in a previous review, he makes it known that he has been doing plumbing work for over 38 years and his knowledge and work proves it! I highly recommend Plumbing Rite for all of your plumbing needs! Thank you so much Kenneth!!!

Let me tell you about Kenneth: this man is a throwback to the days of good old fashioned, honest, American work ethic. Our water tank was on the way out, and we knew it would either be a drawn out series of repairs, or a one time replacement. We chose the latter, and found Kenneth on Google. This was a Saturday, and we thought we’d have to wait until Monday. Not with Kenneth. Within the hour, he arrived at our home. He diagnosed the issue as we had suspected. He told us to meet him at Home Depot, and we did. He walked us through the various options and explained the manufacturer’s warranty. He had us pick up the odds and ends he needed, we paid for the items with a military discount, and Kenneth loaded everything up in his van and met us back at our home. Then he went to work. He knows his stuff. Bottom line, he is a master of his craft. A couple of hours later, he tested out his work. That is when we discovered that one of the knobs on the brand new tank was defective. Anyone else would have said tough luck - pay me double. Not Kenneth. This amazing technician called the manufacturer, had some professional choice words, and arranged for an immediate exchange that he went and did himself. He came back, installed the new NEW tank, and we were up and running after that. No extra cost. Why? He said it was the right thing to do. So if you are looking for an honest, solid, hard working do it all plumber, Kenneth is your man. They do not make them like this anymore. I’d suggest giving him a call, and then step back so that you can appreciate the way things used to be when folks good word, a handshake, and a promise meant something. All is not lost. Kenneth is the plumber you want.

The drains were not centered and a lot of work had to be done to get things where they needed to be in order to have the work completed.
