Dispatch was friendly and easy to deal with. Tech Davis was very friendly and professional. It was cold, down around 17 degrees out there. Took a LOT longer than they had expected because of the distance to the roots, and how hard it was to cut through them. Even had to cut and splice the cable when it got hung up and bent due to running so far out. Nonetheless Davis stayed in a good mood and got the job done. Price was exactly as estimated, even though it was not an easy job. Highly recommend Roto Rooter and this particular tech.

We had a Hot water pipe spring a hole and it flooded our crawlspace. I called so many people and got the runaround. Nobody would come out nine days later I called rotor rooter and they were at our house within two hours and had the problem fixed before dinner time. These guys drove all the way from Dayton to roundhead to fix the problem and I couldnt even get a local plumber to answer their phone and when one did did they said they couldnt fix it for two weeks. I definitely will be calling Roto Rooter again and calling them FIRST this time. They were professional from the lady who answered the phone to the gentleman who came to my home. Jalen the person who fixed my pipes and his apprentice were AMAZING!! so nice and professional and compassionate about our situation. Im so relieved and happy and now i have water again !!! 👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Technician (Mike) was great and very professional. Explained the entire process and was very clean and thorough. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing some plumbing help.I was having issues with kitchen and bathroom drains backing up and gunk building up down in places I couldnt reach or even see. Schedule an appointment very easily online. The next morning, Roto called to let me know someone was on the way prior to the appointment and provided accurate ETA. Tech had the drains opened back up in no time and provided great feedback on things to do/avoid with my current pipes in this older house. Very satisfied.

I had been trying to unclogged my toilet for three days and finally gave up😫 I scheduled online for an appointment and received a phone call within 15 minutes, to inform me that Mike my technition was on the way! Mike was at our home within the hour. He came in checked out the situation, explained the cost and was done in about 30 minutes. This was a stressless solution to something that had me in tears for days. I highly suggest giving them a call!!!!!

I had a flood inside my house on a Sunday afternoon. Roto-Rooter answered right away and had an employee out to my house in a short amount of time. I left 4 VMs with other companies, none of them returned my call. They were at my house each day checking the moisture content in my carpet, walls, etc. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. They did a great job at my house removing the standing water.

Coty did a wonderful job. Courteous, professional, responsive, all the markings above. However, the whole mechanism of getting service leaves a lot to be desired. I called multiple numbers and got different estimates of when to expect help. Then I finally reached dispatch to find out the people who answered the phone initially don’t know what they really talking about. This was the same problem back in March. The people that answer the phones initially just don’t know what they’re talking about. They don’t have the correct information.

Rick was our service tech today and he was amazing. He was professional, friendly, quick and explained everything that needed done so that we would understand everything involved. Roto-Rooter has been our go to plumbing company for all our plumbing needs and we have always been happy with service. We called today for a backed up tub drain and they had Rick out within an hour and he had our drain unclogged in less than an hour after arrival. It was amazing!!

Thank you for 10/10 service.Update as of 4/4/23Had roto rooter come again enlisting their assistance installing a new sump, a battery backup sump and new piping as well as modifying my current piping for my sumps. Tech Evan was informative, and answered all my questions with my best interests in mind. The weight of worry for my basement is off my shoulders thanks to these guys. Today I was fortunate to have Will Falwell(#3336) on the job when I needed it today. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years so I can appreciate what good customer service is. The service that I received today was impeccable. I was so happy that I was able to have my drain unclogged and have all of the PVC pipe underneath my kitchen sink repaired. Before my appointment I was informed that Will had a 1.5 hour drive before arriving at my house. Thats not a fun trip for anyone before starting a job like this, but Will was courteous, professional, and calmly completed all of the work getting my plumbing back in better shape than before. I really appreciate the job he did and hope that he is recognized for being the epitome of a consummate and skilled professional. If I need any further plumbing work I will be sure to choose Roto-Rooter again.

There had been some problems with the responsiveness from a 24-hour perspective as I had called around midnight and could not get anyone to come out until the following day. We had a massive issue with a broken pipe to our sewer line, our property manager found this company and their technician, Davis, came out and was incredible. Although he couldn’t fix the broken pipe under our front yard he did all he could tried everything and even offered to try to clean up the mess that was our basement. He was awesome.

Would have been 5 stars but took 3 trips to get my drain cleared. Lack of communication between dispatcher and myself first attempt they showed up 20 minutes after my time slot the next day I called and was told I would get someone between 430 and 630 waited until 730 before calling to see if they were coming. Every interaction besides the last time was from my calling. Today I was called and told someone would be there earlier than expected I was very impressed. The tech showed up was very nice knowledgeable and got me taken care of in 30 minutes. Highly recommend Rick hall and wish i would have had him the first time. Overall had an ok experience just wish there was better communication. I understand people run late but at 30 minutes before my time window expires I shouldnt have to be calling asking if someone is coming out.

My sump pump alarm was going off because the main pump had gone out. The repairman quickly diagnosed the problem and found I had a cracked pipe on the outside of the house. He explained my opinions for fixing the issue in a way that was easy to understand and make a decision. He installed a whole new system that was much more robust than my old one, and the entire system is a lot cleaner and mounted in place. It even connects to my wifi and sends out alerts! I am very happy with the service!

They explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. When scheduling follow up appointments to check the progress of the cleanup, they were very understanding of my work schedule. Once the cleanup was complete they moved everything back to its original location and did a very thorough job cleaning the area affected. RotoRooter would be lucky to have a dozen more teams like Jordan and Anthony. They should be recognized for the outstanding customer service they provide.

They had to come out for a backed up drain and repaired it, temporarily. I have roots throughout my main drain and they were kind enough to show me everything. They checked with me every step of the way. I have extensive root damage and will have to have it repaired. They gave me the estimate and understood I needed a day to think on it because of the price. Very kind guys and great service.

Our man was out here for about 4 hours diagnosing and problem solving. Tyler repeatedly informed us of the problems status and remained friendly throughout this frustrating experience. Although this problem took two visits and two technicians (one of whose name I can’t recall and Tyler) to finally solve we were satisfied with the effort and work that our assigned team put forth. Our kitchen was left clean and tidy and our team stayed with us for a few extra minutes to discuss what happened, what they found and how we could avoid this kind of issue in the future.

Was doing laundry in my basement and smelled natural gas. Dominion found leaks and warranty service sent Roto-Rooter to repair. My service tech Roody was very knowledgeable and very thorough. If I have any more issues I will be calling them again and asking for him. Thank you again Roody!

Our hot water heater started gushing water one weekend morning and Roto-Rooter had a plumber out within an hour. Although the part wasnt available until the next week, Reshawn called us ahead of time to let us know he was on his way, he gave us all our options in terms we could understand, not being plumbers ourselves, and expertly installed the new part. Great experience!

Reshawn was very professional and did excellent work. He repaired a toilet flange that the previous homeowners had destroyed. Since I had removed the old toilet and will be installing the new one, he even charged me less than the original quote by quite a bit. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again for my plumbing.

I installed a new water heater for my bathroom that we had not used in over 3 years and was not getting HOT water to the shower. They were able to diagnose problem right away. I needed a new stem or cartridge for the shower handle. After trying to replace it myself with no luck, I could not get it out it. There ended up being a tiny leak and it corroded so bad the stem would not come out. I tried every trick on YouTube and still would not come out. They came back the next day and was able to replace it all for me and make a new access panel for future repairs. Quick and professional. I did not shop around on prices but seamed reasonable for the amount of work needing done. Definitely recommend if you have plumbing work needing done!
