    Fast service, exceptional staff and service with experienced knowledgeable plumbers who gave me information regarding the process every step of the way including offered me suggestions for being proactive for future Plumbing issues. Cost was reasonable for drain cleaning and technicians made an effort to keep the area clean and worked through the yard being muddy. Chase and his Go2Plumbing plumbers prioritizes their customers and treat each plumbing issue in the most professional way. They believe that you should know whats going on every step of the way including a text message to inform you a time frame of when to expect them.

    Needed plumbing work on a 100 year building that had a number of problems. They were fantastic and very professional; patiently explaining what the challenges were and what needed to be done. Very reasonable fees.

    Go2plumbing and the owner Chase were amazing to work with. Chase got back to me very quickly after my initial inquiry and came out the next day to quote our new bathroom rough in and finish. He was extremely professional and open to answer any and all questions and walked me through everything that he would do. After we accepted his quote he and his team were able to get us on the schedule within a week and completed their work in a day and left no mess behind. We had his team come out again to do the finish work on our bathroom in which Chase was able to get us on the schedule again within 2-3 days. Michael completed all of the finish plumbing for our bathroom and was extremely attentive to detail and walked me through everything once he was complete and again left no mess behind when he was finished. I would highly recommend Go2Plumbing.

    We needed a new hot water tank, water valuve and shower handle adjustment at our condo. Chase came out for the initial visit. Super professional and friendly! On installation day I had the pleasure of Michael and Bob. They were so very patient , professional, down to earth and very kind. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing services. 5 stars all the way!!

He replaced the pipes behind our bathroom vanity in the most timely manner, after trouble shooting to see why our drain was not draining. I can’t say enough about how he earned FIVE STARS!     Been using these guys for years now -in my residence as well as investment properties. In other words, they’ve done A LOT of work for me and I know them very well. I cannot recommend them more enthusiastically. They are always prompt, professional, and most importantly they do beautiful work that clearly goes above and beyond every single time. There’s no reason to call anyone else!!!

    I was extremely satisfied with Go 2 Plumbing & Drain Service. When I called them, they were quick to call me back and once I explained the situation to them, an appointment was scheduled within a few days. They sent me several texts reminding me when they would be here. They arrived at my house at the time they said they would and repaired the pipe behind the wall & under the vanity very quickly. Michael was very professional and he left the area in the same condition as he found it. I would highly recommend Go 2 Plumbing & Drain Service and I will be sure to call on them again for any plumbing needs in the future.

    Called Go 2 Plumbing & Drain Service and Chase heard my problem and knew the service I needed right away. He gave me a window of when he would send his staff out and they got to my house earlier than the time quoted. I told them what happened and started the service Chase told me about. They were very friendly, efficient and fast while also making sure to not make a mess even though they were dealing with a partial clog. They also cleaned up the mess that came up from my shower drain.Im someone who values service and will spend time to write a full review so others who dont know about plumbing can trust experiences of these reviews. Thank you again Chase and your friendly Awesome staff and will be reaching out to you in a couple of months to replace my downstairs toilet.

    Chase actually answered the phone, as with most plumbers you have to leave a message. He was able to come solve my plumbing problem within a couple of hours.     Fabulous service and even better employees. Go2 Plumbing sent Mike Lohr to help us resolve a plumbing leak from our upstairs bathroom. Response time was incredible as was the availability of the team to come and assist us. Mike was prompt, professional and friendly. Although I hope we don’t have any more need for plumbing services, however if we do, we will definitely only use Go2 Plumbing again.

    They always answer the phone when I call; and someone came out the next day (this wasnt an emergency). They were quick and efficient; replaced two outside spigots that leaked. Not sure what the average cost of that would be, but $200+ for two guys to replace two outside spigots, didnt seem outlandish to me. Would refer them and will use this company again; very polite and professional!

    Chase was prompt, professional and honest. He did an excellent job repairing a broken pipe in the basement, which required jackhammering part of the basement floor. He was so careful he was able to salvage some 50+ year old floor tiles with little to no breakage. I couldnt believe he was able to do that and fixed our issue for an extremely reasonable price. Chase and Go2plumbing will be our go to from now on.
