Peacock Water in Lima is the absolute best water softening company. We had problems for 5 years with our other water company and almost gave up thinking we would ever have good water. After speaking with people and hearing good things about Peacock I called them in Lima and after speaking with Andy and explaining the issues he sent someone out and they checked our water and helped us to get everything fixed. They are caring, honest people. We are so happy with our quality of water now. They definitely care about their customers. They have even called just to make sure we are happy with their system and service. We are happy to be one of their customers.

My mom doesnt use computers, but she was so happy that she called just to ask me to put this review up for her! The whole Lima team is exceptional, but especially Josh. He changes the filter and puts in the salt every month, and is always very kind, professional and helpful to my mom Judy. I live far away, and it gives me such peace to know that theyre taking such great care of her! Great job guys!

Kenny was absolutely great from the moment he got here until the time he left. He was very approachable, super friendly, totally knowledgeable, very helpful, and an awesome person to work with. Kenny saved us money by testing the equipment that was in the house already and designing the new system to work with it instead of telling us that we needed to buy something new like so many other companies would have. (We just purchased our house in December.) This will be our second Kinetico system as we had one in our previous home in another area of Ohio. This system will be very similar to the first system and thanks to Kenny we understand the way it works so much better than we did our previous one. He tested everything about the water, and explained every single step of what he was doing and why he was doing it and even what we should watch out for in the future and how to fix those things should they occur in the future. We are very impressed with Kenny and Peacock Water, and are very happy that they are the ones that will be installing our system.

It was a great experience all the way around! I dealt with the Lima Branch. I am very satisfied with Jack Bertling who is a water specialist and sold the system to me & very satisfied with Tom who installed my system. Jack & Tom were both professional & thorough with explaining the water system how it operates, changing filters, etc. Jack & Tom were both very tidy - minimal clean up after consultation & installation!! I definitely will be recommending peacock!!!

Peacock Water has been extremely helpful for us. Our installer was Tom - he installed a reverse osmosis water filtration system and also came out to our home to inspect our water softner and go over our buying options. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job installing our water system.

Kenny took good care of us and treated us like family. The installer was efficient and explained everything very well while answering all of our questions. Definitely go with this great local company for your water needs. Increase your quality of life with showers that leave your hair happy and your skin soft, and definitely dive in on that RO drinking water if youre on a well. Tastes so good!!
