Very impressed with the response time. Marcus was very courteous & quick. The only complaint I have is that I was quoted a price per hour, however, when the work was completed, the charge not only included his time there, but his travel time. I was not informed of this ahead of time.

I have used Precision for going on 5 years. That alone should tell you something. I have had one bad experience, I called and it was rectified IMMEDIATELY! They are fantastic! Customer oriented and when I have gotten other estimates, even by individuals on Facebook or Craigslist (when it was more popular) they were still cheaper. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

I had some issues with the plumbing with my sink it was backed up and not budging I was having people over for dinner in 3 hours I didnt know what to do so I called these guys the lady on the phone asked if they could come tomorrow and I expressed that I was in a hurry to get it in working order she called the guys and they had a guy out in Shawnee within 15 mins he finished work in 45 mins everything was cleaned up and back to normal! They only charged me 90 dollars and none of my guest had any clue there was a issue! Thanks for being a great professinal local company!!

These guys are amazing!! They got to my house as soon as possible and fixed the issue. It was a tough issue and they didnt give up until it was fixed. Also the price was fantastic!!!

This company came in and immediately was able to isolate and fix the problem. We had a broken pipe outside our house that is supposed to connect to our septic system. They used an eel to clear our pipes and then scheduled to come back to replace the pipe outside and they charged less than the company we had come a couple weeks beforehand who had no clue!

Deed Halls men showed up and fixed a very bad outside sewer problem, on a very prompt emergency basis. The job got much larger as it was worse than expected, but they got it done and back on line in hours, at a very fair price.

Had a clogged sewer system i tried running 2 different drain Augers a 50 footer and a 100ft neither one worked for me even ran a camera and seen a the dark blockage, it lead me to believe I had a clasped pipe so I called precision and Mr Deed showed up to give me a quote on digging the yard up but suggested before we go that far let his crew come and snake it well they came and cleared the tough clog in less than a hr and Im so appreciative for Mr Deed because he could have said lets jump to digging and charged me alot more but instead he suggested baby steps and it worked and saved me so much money thanks for the honest and great quality of service pleasure doing business 👌had 2 more jobs done still great quality
