QMS did a great job installing my 22kw whole house generator. We had a lot of specifications and Anthony made sure they were met. They also installed the generator where we wanted it, when another company said it couldn’t be done. Anthony and the crew were professional and friendly. The crew explained how the generator operated and made sure all questions were answered. Anthony also came back the next day to ensure everything was cleaned up and met our approval. I would do business with them again.

Our AC went out late Thurs afternoon. Started calling Heating & Cooling companies at 7:30am, the next morning. Called my usual go to company knowing with this weather weve been having was going to be next to impossible to get someone one out before Monday or Tuesday. I tried my backup as well. The best they could do was sometime Monday and the other before noon Monday. I called QMS at 10am Friday, said would put me on the board and work us in to see what was wrong. By 1:18pm, Jared was calling to say he was on the way. By 2:15pm Jared had been here fixed the bad capacitor, even had a filter that fit our odd sized unit, changed that, was checking to make sure everything was working as supposed to, settled billing and was gone on to next job. Didnt rush our job, was very polite, knowledgeable, professional and worked in an efficient manor. The bill was very reasonable. I called QMS because my father had used them in years past and was satisfied. So glad I remembered and called. Didnt expect to get fixed that fast and efficiently, but very grateful. Would highly recommend QMS, as busy as they are because of heat and ACs going on the fritz all over, they were friendly and helpful. Will use again. Thank you so very much QMS.

AWESOME service!!! Recently purchased my first home and my water heater stopped working! Absolutely heartbroken at the cost of new water heater I called all over and no one would even take the job. Was apprehensive on this place since its out of town but they were the only ones that seemed HAPPY to take the job. This is how it should be!!! In todays world of people not returning calls or doing what they said they were going to do, Quality Mechanical Services displayed they are a reliable firm. I needed a new heat pump and air handler and Mike S. made the initial visit. Mike proved to be very knowledgeable and provided a timely quote. Andrew and Keith installed the new units and displayed high quality workmanship and cleaned up the worksite each day. They showed the upmost respect while being in our home. Mike visited the site to make sure the job was going well. These are the kind of people you want working in your home! Job well done!

Our heating system was installed by Quality Mechanical when we built our house 7 years ago. Recently, the system started seeping water around one of the pipes. It took a few trips for a final diagnosis, but I was very thankful when Mike came out today. He fixed it and also didnt keep charging me every time they had to come out to check on it. Each service provider who came to my house was respectful (didnt talk to me like a child), was respectful of my house (put booties on), and didnt get freaked out by my 2 dogs who were rather loud when the provider was talking to me but were gated.

Would love to give a huge shout out to Quality Mechanical for coming out to my home early this morning to install a new hot water tank on such short notice! Yesterday, my hot water tank stopped working and was leaking water all over the floor to where we had to turn off our main water source to the house. My husband called 3 to 4 different plumbing companies yesterday evening to make arrangements for someone to come and install our hot water tank. I am so thankful that Greg from Quality Mechanical was able to come out early this morning to fix this issue for us! We don’t know how important these things are till we are without. I would definitely recommend this company and they are reasonably priced.Thank you Greg / Quality Mechanical !!!

Woke up to my water heater leaking. Called this morning and they were able to fit me in. Mike cam out and was great and able to get a new one for me. Kenny came and brought it and helped put it in. Very descriptive and informative and made sure all was good to go before leaving. All was done before 2pm and now we have a nice new water heater!

I am writing this review at the request of my mom. Kenny, Matt, and Bill from Quality Mechanical Services in Lima, Ohio have done excellent work for my mom. She recently had to replace her furnace, AC, and water heater; and also had some plumbing (leaking bathroom sink faucet), and electrical (light switches) work done. Although the first man who was sent to her house was rather grumpy and not helpful at all, I read the google reviews and urged her to call back, explain why she had a problem with him, and to ask for Kenny (for the first repair job she needed). She was so delighted with Kennys professionalism, quality of work, and personality, she asked me to give him the best rating, and again when Bill and Matt came to her house to perform more work. Furthermore, I am also impressed with the salesman who took the time to explain in detailed laymans terms what her options would be without overwhelming her with too much information, and without trying to sell her more than she needs. My mom did have to call back to remind them to put her on their schedule, and she did have to do her due diligence to make sure she got what she was paying for, as anyone should do. However, nobody is perfect; there will always be at least one grumpy employee in any company, and there will always be scheduling problems, especially during an unusually busy time such as this. But I would recommend this company to anyone needing quality work done by a reliable service. Overall, the professionalism, quality of work, and ethics are top-notch. This company could improve upon their communication with the customer, follow-up communication from the trades-person to the office person to the customer, and tighten up on the scheduling.

I had just had surgery and was going to be down for a bit and was concerned my carbon monoxide detector went off after turning the heat on the first time for the season. Within an hour they had Kenney come to service...clean...and inspect for issues. He is extremely professional and concerned for my problem. He bent over backwards to do more than he would have had to do. I will definitely use them again in the future.. That kind of service is hard to find anymore. Thank you!!!

I can’t say enough about all the help Quality Mechanical has given me while living in the Lima area. They have installed a new sump pump, a new hot water heater, and even have helped me with electrical outlets, among other things in my house.
