    We had a crack in our kitchen sink and it had to be replaced. I had put the job off for sometime because I was nervous about pulling it out and not damaging our granite countertops.Eventually, we hired a large local plumbing company to come out and get the job done. When they came to start the job, they quoted me an astronomical amount, and an hour later stopped the job as they were unable to get the sink out. They suggested finding a company that specializes in granite countertops.My wife stumped upon Tile Masters from Google and that made all the difference!At first, they were booked the week we needed the job done, but they CALLED BACK and was able to fit us in! Alex came out that next day to evaluate the job and provided a reasonable quote.The day of the job, Alex came back out with his team to make sure they understood the details of the job, and they got it completed without any trouble. No damage to the countertops - and a quality job - where they actually cleaned up after!Its so refreshing to see a company that not only does QUALITY work but centers itself around customer SERVICE! We plan on using Tile Masters again for larger jobs (remodel bathroom/kitchen) and will certainly be recommending them! Great job guys, thank you all so much! A+++!

    I had a great experience hiring Tile Masters for my shower/tub remodel. The staff was helpful in assisting me with tile and grout selection, efficient in scheduling the project, and skilled in executing the work. The crew was professional and left my house clean each day. I really appreciated how Tile Masters stands behind their work. The crew missed one small step in their process during the initial installation. Someone from the company came back to my house and fixed it immediately. This is a good honest company and Im glad I got to work with them. I now have a beautiful master bath I actually enjoy using!

    We had very pleasant experience with Tile Masters in their work to re-grout a glass blocks wall in a shower stall. Alex gave a specific time appointment for quotation ( not a three hour window) and kept the appointment. He and his team showed up and finished the work on time. Since the work turned out to be less exhaustive than the initial assessment, Alex was nice enough make an adjustment on our final bill. We are very pleased with the quality of work and wont hesitate to hire them again in the future.

    Robert and his crew have completed 3 small jobs for us. We did a renovation of two bathrooms and tiled a foyer area. Robert provided an estimate and provides a time frame when the jobs could start and be completed. They showed up as scheduled and completed the work as promised at a reasonable price and excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Tile Masters.

    Of all the bids we solicited, Tile Masters was the most responsive. They walked us through the tile job. Everything went smoothly; the installer was great. Alex went above and beyond to ensure everything was well done and that we were happy. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them!

    Tile Masters came in to tile up my bathroom which I performed my own work. They were able to outline seamlessly the tub/shower along the wall in its entirety. They were able to prep the floor and tile.Its been years and there have been no issues of caulking or grout.I feel they did a great job.

    Tile Master originally installed our new kitchen floor in December 2010. In 2019, when we noticed some areas of grout needed repair, we did not hesitate to call them for help Their work was terrific and the price reasonable. The floor looks so good that guests have asked us if it is new. We just smile and say It looks new thanks to Tile Master.

In between our two projects, my parents used them on their house remodel. They are professionals and perfectionists.     We have used Alex and Tile Masters for two projects here: tiling bathroom floors and re-tiling a shower, and then again to tile our laundry room floor, kitchen floor and entryway floor.     TileMasters helped us with two projects.The first project was a kitchen backsplash of a mosaic consisting of small squares of tile, glass and aluminum. Alex was very on top of planning and execution throughout the project and James installed the tile very nicely.The second project was included tiling shower walls and a Jacuzzi tub surround, installing new plumbing for the shower and the tub, and installing two glass walls and a frameless glass door and an Onyx shower pan in the shower. We were very happy with the entire project. Alex repeatedly measured planned and coordinated with vendors for the glass and the Onyx shower pan to ensure everything would go together just right. We are very happy with the appearance of everything (the tile, the glass, and the plumbing fixtures). Gustavo did a great job on the tile. We were very happy with his attention to detail. Everyone was considerate—protecting our hardwood floors and cleaning up every day—and they were very pleasant to have in our home.If you need some tile work done, we would highly recommend Tile Masters!!Thank you Tile Masters for your beautiful work!

    I don’t understand why this place doesn’t have reviews! Alex and his crew did a phenomenal job on laying porcelain tile in two bathrooms. Alex also helped in aiding a tile issue with my master tub. The work completed was precise, timely, and reasonable. Also, the crew was good with protecting my belongings by convering them appropriately to avoid damage, which I have found isn’t always the case. DON’T pass these folks up! Give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

    As part of the renovation of the Overland Park Masonic Lodge, Robert was asked to design and redo the bathrooms. Since men are not the best at design, Roberts expertise was a necessity. The building is over 100 years old and no work had been done since 1971. The job was done on time and within the budget. It looks great, so good that the members wives are raving about it.

    I highly recommend Tile Masters.A while back we were having some issues with the grout needing to be replaced in our walk-in shower. A customer of mine had did the original tile 16 years ago. They had closed the business as a result of the untimely death of a spouse.Finding a tile company that I had faith in to do the work was difficult. I had driven past Alex’s store numerous times and decided to give him a call and set up an appointment. The appointment was made. After talking with Alex about the grout and a couple of other things that he pointed out that needed to be addressed, I made the appointment to have Alex do the repair.I could not be more satisfied. Workmanship was excellent and cost was fair.In the future, Tile Masters will do repair or replacement when needed.
