    I cant say enough good things about Power Ons generator installation service in Austin. Despite the initial wait, which had us a bit frustrated, the end result was worth every second. When a storm hit and the power went out, our generator kicked in seamlessly. Its like having a fortress of electricity in our home! Kudos to the entire team for their professionalism and expertise.

    I got my system installed at the beginning of February 2021. I already received my first bill with $5 credit for February despite bad weather we had back then.Power On designed and executed project flawlessly. Everything they did was on on time and excellent quality. Special thanks to Richard for managing this effort from beginning to the end and Stuart for connecting everything together. I strongly recommend Power On if you think about solar energy - it really works!

    Richard was very responsive and easy to work with. They beat the next competitors price by almost $5,000.00 and beefed up the system for free. Install with Stuart was just as easy. The hardest part with them was filling out the application. I would recommend solar with Poweron without hesitation. Even two months after install I had questions regarding my solar buy back with Reliant and Richard got back with me very quickly even though he had already made his money off of me. Great customer service!!!!!

    Power On is a decent solution for your Solar needs in Austin area. I had Silfab solar panels installed one and a half year ago and there is absolutely no maintenance thereafter. Richard is very good in explaining the benefits of moving Solar without any upselling. He did all the approval process needed for HOA and the energy company and also got me the loan approved. Richard also helped in designing a custom solution for my budget. Richard also explained the different types of solar panels available in the market and the pros and cons of each of them. From my experience I would recommend anyone to go more than 100% offset for their energy requirement and also use a battery backup which I didnt. I would recommend power on for anyone who needs a solar solution.

    I needed a new inverter for my grid tie solar system,and even though Power-On did not install the system,they were happy to repair it for a fair price, unlike othercompanies. They installed an SMA inverter with SecurePower Supply (emergency power outlet) which provideselectricity to a single outlet when the grid is down and thesun is shining.I have already used it to watch TV during a recent outage !!!Stuart did a great job getting the system back up and running,including coordinating with City of Austin, and with the SecurePower Supply, System is better than new.Thanks;Bruce Smith

    I worked with Power on back in February to get with solar. I met with several different companies, and not only did they have the best price and financing options but they were the only company who wasnt trying to up-sell me on everything. my solar and electrical upgrades were handled super fast, and there was great communication the entire time. I would recommend anyone considering solar to check them out.

    Tito did the electrical for my Generac stand by generator and I would highly recommend tito for any and all electical needs. The communication was a little shaky while waiting for the installation, due to the back order, but as soon as tito was assigned to our job, he was constantly communicating which turned around my entire experience as his customer service/communication skills were some of the best I had experienced. The day before and the day of the install, he answered all the questions my wife and I had and he even sent me pics throughout the day so I could see every step of the install and make sure it was exactly to my liking. Tito is great with customers on top of being a great licensed electrician. I highly recommend him!

    If I could give Clay Johnson ten stars I would. He showed up when he said and his work is outstanding. I would ask for him for any electrical through Power On. He ran all the electrical for a home powered generator and knows his trade. As a contractor myself he is exceptional.

    I have nothing but praise for Power On, Inc. and its life-saving backup generator. My family and I went through the unthinkable in February 2021 when a winter storm left us without power for a terrifying six days. In order to stay warm, we had to sleep in our car. As our cars gasoline tank got lower, panic and desperation set in. It was a scary event, and we thought the worst might happen.

    I used PowerOn to install a natural gas generator and the whole experience was fantastic. They did every part of it, from digging the pipes in the yard to installing the subpanel and working out the paperwork with the energy and gas company. Its been a year since the install and they still return regularly to help service the gen when its necessary. If you hit them up for work, ask for Josh - he is a a real expert at this stuff and has been extremely helpful the whole time.

    I got my solar system installed back in October.The process was smooth. The pricing was the cheapest in Austin and I was shopping around between 4-5 companies. I was skeptical because I wasnt able to find this company on Yelp or Google reviews, but I was glad that I went with them. As a small business owner, I understand the importance of happy customer, and thats what I get from them. There were couple instances where couple of the panel stop producing power. I texted the sales Manager and he got me in touch with the installer (Stewart). He told me to do couple things and then he checked online. He said he needed to replace something and came out the next day. During Covid-19, I didnt have to talk to him in person, we were texting and talked on the phone. He was able to give me the rundown of what was wrong and what was the solution. In the end, I am happy with the solar system that they installed. Thank you Power On!
