Shawn was great from the very beginning. I had 3 quotes on the job and it was his customer service that drew me in. I knew nothing about fencing and he offered honest opinions, never talking you into one thing vs another. He was not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive. He put together a solid crew and once they were able to start (It was a new build with a few delays out of our control) it was completed super fast! We had an easy miscommunication on one side of the fence and he was honorable about the entire thing eating the labor and only charges for materials. They stand by their product and came back to fix a few things. It has been great. It was the one positive experience I had moving into this new house! I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest company that does good work. You cannot go wrong.

We hired KC Superior Designs to replace our 30 year old privacy fence. From the first meeting with Shawn we knew we hired the right company. So easy to work and very honest. They went above and beyond what you would expect from a fence company. John and Matt did an excellent job on our fence. The attention to detail was outstanding. Give them a call. They will not disappoint!

Shawn was really amazing to work with! Very down to earth and cares to get the job done right. He was also really awesome with communication... never sat around waiting. Couldn’t believe it only took them 2 days to finish the fence. One of the guys was injured on the job, went to the hospital, came back and finished! These guys work hard and did fantastic. Highly recommend them :)

I was out mowing a property today and my mower caught fire due to some leaves. After 4 cars had drove by the owner and his son pulled over on the side of the road and gave me all the water they had and helped me put it out. I couldn’t thank them enough for doing what they did this evening because they saved me. They were both very friendly and I mean the action they did shows for itself. Thankful they were in the right place at the right time. I will definitely be using Sublime Contracting from now on.

Very trusting and outstanding down to earth guy! Took care of my grandmother very well. My grandfather had passed and she wanted some work done but wasnt so trusting of people being alone and elderly with people taking advantage of them nowadays. Shawn came in and made her feel comfortable and was extremely loving. He took very good care of her without gouging her on price. Very thankful they did a great job and took care of my grandmother very well.

Shawn was great through the whole process. Fence went up when they said it would and he communicated very promptly anytime I called, text or emailed him. There were a few minor things missed once the install was complete, but they came back immediately and fixed for us. Price is a little high, but you pay for what you get. Highly recommend them.

KC Superior Designs is a wonderful professional company to work with. My husband and I bought our first home together five years ago and have dreamed of having a fence for our kids and dogs. These guys came in and finished the job ahead of schedule. We couldnt be happier with the finished product. Our dogs are happy and can finally run free and the fence really enhances our home! If we need any work done in the future or know someone that needs a fence we will definitely reccomend these guys!

What cool folks to work with. I am a truck driver. Its a bit hard to deal with things like this. Walk through, deposit check, planning. Dogs were left out once. Shawn made it easy for me. Dealing with the property lines. Due to a slope in the yard, a gate had to be special made. Fits like a glove BTW. The crew was cool with my neighbor even though they got a bit testy. (All is well.) They were able to get some trouble areas worked out so the dogs wouldnt make a dash for the woods at some point. They just did a great job. Worry free. I just knew it would be taken care of. Yard was clean when it was over. Have NO trouble telling you these guys are the ones you want to call if you need help. Thank you. Please thank the crew for me as well.

This started with a request to replace a chain link fence with the thought of using those big box stores panels. After discussing my needs with Shawn, it came down to cost versus value. I ultimately decided to go with cedar fencing. Im especially happy with the 9 custom gate; the fence is beautiful and smells wonderful...just look! With Shawn and Zacks hard work, I cant believe how quickly this was completed. Thank you, Sublime!

These guys are who you need to call no matter the job big or small. The Team at KC Superior Designs were nothing short of smart, efficient, attention to detail, and professional. They began our job on Tuesday of last week and were completely done by Thursday. We had them out to remove a tree line and chain link fence and construct a 6ft privacy fence. We own a rental property as well and I wasnt planning on building a privacy fence there but now I want to hire these guys again because their proof is in the work.

I called these guys and spoke with Shawn and told him that I had an emergency due to a new dog breaking through my fence and getting out. He explained that they were booked three weeks out. I thanked him and continued my search. Not 10 minutes later, he calls me back saying that he has gotten in touch with one of his crew and they can come over the next morning. Showed up on time the next morning (Mothers Day!!) with a full crew and replaced the fence in just a few hours, what would have taken me weeks to do on my own. All three of them told my wife Happy Birthday as they walked into the yard. Her Birthday/Mothers Day would have been spent helping me rebuild a fence had it not been for Shawn and KC Superior Designs. Zack and Matt were the ones that came in on a Sunday, their only day off and Mothers Day, to help. Great guys that put a customer before themselves.
